I recently spoke to a non restaurant franchise in Kenosha and spoke with two different persons on the phone on two different days. I asked the second person if he and the other were owners. He said no. I said the way they represented the store was great, as if they were owners.
I recommend for this Jersey Mike’s in Antioch to make sure it’s portions on sandwiches are portioned right. Not mostly ham on the Italian. Ordered one a week earlier and it was so perfect it hooked me to decide once a week visit.
Further when customer interaction don’t blame calibration of machine (inside operations not needed to be explained or excuses to customer) as portions are proportional. Meat may meet total doesn’t meet individual portions. There should not be a such a drastic difference between same sandwiches one week apart. In addition images shows a soaked sandwich with oil and vinegar.
When customer calls don’t blame training someone. That is QA on your side never should be revealed to customer as it sounds bad on leadership.
Hopefully this helps improvement as I went 3 or 4 months without visiting on a similar issue in the past. This time was planning on once a week to visit my favorite sub shop chain. Especially convenience online order. Now I’ll have to come in to supervise the sandwich maker to assure it’s in specs with what I know to be an awesome sub place.

This place really needs to portion out the meat and cheese correctly!! I have now gone here 2x because I live near by and both times was completely ripped off on my Philly cheesesteak sandwiches!! Hardly any meat or cheese compared to other stores!! .. especially the Round Lake store where its literally like double both meat and cheese!! $18.75 for a sandwich please do better!! I dont want to pay for just bread!!!

I was craving Jersey Mikes on the way home from work and I decided to stop at this location. GREAT choice on my part! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The GM Christina (I believe that was her name?) was so nice, helpful, and patient. She made sure that I was sure I knew what I wanted and genuinely seemed to care about all the guests in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the food was prepared fairly quickly! Best of all, the food was amazing (I got the Club Sub)! I think I found my new favorite place :). Thanks Jersey Mike’s Antioch!!
