Busy busy busy. I called to order my sandwiches but it took too long. Easiest way to go is order through their website super simple to use and easy. If you got several orders you can add names and customized your order which is so nice.

First time here. So glad I stopped. Was greeted as soon as I came in. Place was very clean. Staff were busy making subs and grilling some subs. I ordered the Italian sub with fresh cheese bun. Ordered the medium size and had enough left over for supper. Made it Mike style. Another good idea. Lots of meat and yes shredded lettuce. Lots then there sub sauce. Lots wondered if maybe too much. But it was perfect. Even later in the day the bun wasn’t soaked. Meat was fairly thick and sliced thin. Place was steady flow of people, and staff were friendly and putting orders through fast. Hopefully when u stop Kaine is your sub maker. One of the better waiters that I have met. Helpful, friendly, and knows how to put a sub together. And takes time to welcome others that arrive to eat. This will be a stop for lunch very soon. Finally brought wife in to experience Jersey Mikes subs. She thought the subs were very good. Busy at 2 in the afternoon. While we were ordering he asked if my wife had tried the cookies she said no and right away offered her a rookie cookie. She accepted . We loved them huge and soft just like homemade. It’s 2025 and In town again and of course a stop at Jersey Mikes subs. For lunch and yes another great sub. Number 13 original Italian. Mikes way. Place was clean and waitress was outside cleaning windows. Others were busy making bags and boxes stuffed with subs. Plus waiting on walk ins. Tried a little of there mikes hot honey. Was a bit hot but tasty. I had just a little.

Great staff here were fun and friendly. Sandwiches were really good and easy to customize.

Food was good, but if the staff could not make the atmosphere uncomfortable that would be great.
Having a “manager/coworker” eat her lunch in the lobby and yell to the staff in the kitchen about a lost key is very uncomfortable for customers ordering and I’m sure the employee that lost it.

Good sandwiches but more expensive than subway and less food for the money.

Jersey Mike’s is the best sub shop. I usually look for local options wherever I go, but this place guarantees me a great sub. Get it Mike’s Way and you won’t be sorry.

Great lunch option for the sandwich seeking crowd. Definitely a step or two above the competition.
I’m a big cheese steak aficionado so I have tried the number 16 (mikes famous philly) and the number 56 (big kahuna cheese steak). Both are pretty much the perfect amount of food, regular size, for a lunch that is filling but not going to weigh you down. Along with that they’re simply delicious.
I could go on but I’ll just say I’ll be back. You can read between the bread.

All the staff especially the manager are really friendly and great at what they do. Wanted something to scratch the itch of a deli I used to go to back east and this definitely hit the spot. Really solid Jersey Mike’s location everyone here is phenomenal.

I placed a mobile order and arrived to pick it up. Told them my name and I was told it’s being prepared. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes past the pickup time as a bunch of people come in to order and leave. Through the waiting process, they asked me two more times what my name is to check on the order. They kept saying it’s coming. At the 30 minute mark I finally asked what is happening because this wait is absurd. A boy said he’d look into it. Turns out they never had my ticket at the grill so my sandwich never got made. Why did they ask my name a total of 3 times then?! They have my empty bag sitting in the mobile order area. Shouldn’t someone notice the bag is sitting there for 50 minutes? Then as another boy finally handed me the sandwich, he said, “sorry.” The sandwich was even poorly made. A ton of the meat was underneath the bottom of the bread. How does that even happen? Truly poor experience and customer service.
Also, don’t leave a tip until your service is complete! I left a tip on the mobile order before arriving. Learned my lesson.

It’s so terribly frustrating when your manager Austin is working the grill he will literally stand there with the meat in his hand and talk for multiple minutes to anyone near him about his life about what he wants to do well he’s standing there holding the meet then when he starts to cook it he will stop every 10 seconds and talk to everybody. That is your manager that’s absolutely insane. Wait times are so much longer when that boy is working. Can you imagine that is Apple that sets for the employees about work ethic I guess hey it don’t matter your store as long as you guys make your money
