It pains me to say I’ve had my first jersey Mike’s horrible food experience placed a order for pickup, when I showed up not late but a little early and my food was already sitting and I didn’t think anything about it until I got back to work which is at H&R block next to Sally’s so I didn’t have to go far. I opened my sandwich and it was cold as ice, not even warm be honest I would’ve been okay with warm but a cold sandwich that’s supposed to be hot. I was in disbelief because I’ve ordered hot sandwiches before on my lunch break and no problem.

It took forever to get the person to understand my order they didn’t offer me a choice of bread or cheeses when I got my food the contents of the sound should leaked out of the sandwich and all over the paper it was on edible look at the pictures

First time ever trying Jersey Mike’s. The staff was not friendly, music to loud to hear questions, and made the wrong sandwichs*. Threw them in a bag and the handed them to us. Never asked what sandwich we had or the toppings we wanted. Not impressed at all!!
