I was running late from my appointment and made it to this Jersey Mike’s about 5 minutes before closing. I normally don’t ride into a restaurant right before closing because sometimes employees can be rude. This was the complete opposite experience. The employee greeted me with a smile, took my order, was friendly, had great conversation with me, and made a an excellent sandwich. He did not make me feel like an inconvenience and appeared happy and jovial. Such friendly staff at this location. Thank you!!

I ordered an Italian with mayo and Pickles as well as a club with pickles.. And there was a lot of bacon on my Italian?? and usually I wouldn’t care as I can just pick it off and I did it just feels like they got confused and made them both a club, the sandwich sleeves weren’t labeled so I had to dig through the sandwiches to figure out what sandwich was what and I personally don’t want to dig in others food or vise versa.. So can we just start getting these mobile orders double checked as I’ve seen from reviews yall have had issues with mobile orders in the past and I would like to continue to be able to go to this jersey Mike’s as it’s closest to my house. Thank you!

I’ve had issue with this location before with not receiving my whole order via DoorDash. 5-6 times total. Tonight I ordered a sandwich, pop, chips and a cookie. I only received the sandwich. The prices are high and it’s been extremely frustrating ordering from here. Normally the cookie is the only thing missing, but over half my order was missing tonight.

My coworker wanted me to give you guys a review on what her sandwich contended with today. Here is what she said: I ordered my sandwich today and as I was eating and chewing my bite in my sandwich there was paper melted in my sandwich. Mixed with the cheese and chicken. Everyone here are extremely polite and professional but i have to be honest…. the cashier ive had the past few times had the worst breath/hygiene I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if they have something medically wrong or if they are a recovering alcoholic. Whatever the case i say this not to be mean but the Truth is the Truth and i cant go back here as i lost my appetite for the rest of the day after smelling her. Whether she can help it or not i dont think this person should be around food. And i know this all sounds rude but i just cant lie. Honesty above feelings today.

Great place for food. Reasonably priced — and sandwiches are put together well. I’d choose this place over a couple other popular sub shops. One time I went, the service was painfully slow, however, it was a Friday during lunch rush. My only feedback to management would be to ensure there is a leader on staff to chill the staff out. They all seemed very stressed (i get it, that happens in food service). but, if I stood in line for 10 minutes for a sandwich, don’t act like I’m bugging you. Not a huge deal, because other visits and the product has more than made up for it!

Normally im happy to spend 40 bucks for 2 sandwhiches cause they are amazing. Then i got my 2 this last time and it was hard as rock brread with white dots on it. Tried picking it apart and by the end of it just threw it away. I was big mad. Smh. Normally the hest location till people who didnt care started.

I love the Chicken Salad Sandwich here!!! I always check cleanliness and they are on it here for sure. I have allergies and Sarah was sooo sweet to me about it – normally I just choose boring things to be safe. I’ll definitely be coming back!!
