We were passing thru going shopping, not from this area. My husband and I and my 2 girls and the manager and the workers were so kind and patient with my girls being picky with their drinks and donuts. Ive never been to a dunkin where I felt so welcomed.This store has such lovely people thank you to the manager for being so kind to my daughter

Went to this location for breakfast today, while ordering I asked about the $6 croissant meal deal which I was told was no longer being sold with the croissant but a wrap instead. I specifically stated that I did not want the wrap to give me the croissant and other items separately since the croissants do not come in a meal. As I get to the window and noticed my order was wrong after I paid I was told to come in to fix the issue. After coming in Elaine refunded my entire order instead of adjusting the price for what I wanted making it impossible to get my food because the refund takes 7 days to clear. Elaine had a nasty attitude and was very frustrated with a situation that could have been easily fixed. Dunkin please hire employees that are customer oriented and that knows how to handle situations professionally at all times. Dunkin employees have a bad rep about rushing customers through the line, getting food orders incorrect and having nasty attitudes to their customers. Starbucks would never display this kind of behavior towards their customers. I will never ever visit this location ever again. -0/10

This is one of the worst Dunkin’s in Orlando, the food was cold the last time I visited. When I told them I wanted less ice they told me I would get less product, which makes no sense. Every time I go there it’s a different thing they tell me about the less ice in your drink. They tell you to wait by a stop sign for your food then take like 30 to almost an hour to make the food. Employees are rude they don’t believe you when you are missing an item. I will never visit this Dunkin again or recommend it to anyone else.
