Loaded Subs! You get triple the amount of Protein here than at any competitors. Jermy helped make my sandwich he did a great job and went out of his way to ask me what i was doing for the rest of the day! Great customer service on top of that everything was super clean even though I know they were and are super busy! 10/10 spot will be back!

Their food quantity and quality has decreased. This has been since the Blackstone acquisition. Is this a result of cost cutting and shrinkflation? The bread size was notable for being smaller in circumference than it was last year. There steak meat quality has decreased. It is more like subway steak meat now. Our sandwich was almost $19 without tax, but the quality now resembles subway. Sadly, this place is becoming an expensive subway. Too bad when investment companies buy a restaurant chain and try to squeeze profit out of it at the cost of what made the place a good place to eat at in the first place. This has been a consistent story amount US restaurant chains. I am saddened at what I see as the beginning of the end for Jersey Mike’s. Business will decrease due to a drop in service and food quality and food value and then they will start closing unproductive locations. Then they will try to revamp and draw in customers again with some new gimmicks like Quiznos did. Ultimately this will fail. In 10 years we will fondly remember the Jersey Mike’s of 2023 and 2024. Some may stay open, but they will be like what has become of Subway, Applebee’s, Red Lobster, Outback, Chili’s, 5 Guys and Olive Garden.
P.S. – The staff was nice, but that doesn’t make up for the shrinkflation and decrease in food quality.

Pretty disappointed, normally have great experience. Came in this afternoon around 1:20, ordered a club sandwich, I was the only person in line, paid 11 bucks for the sandwich just to get home and it was missing bacon and mayo. Understand mistakes happen but to pay that much, it wasn’t busy and it’s wrong, is maddening.

Love Jersey Mikes…. When its made remotely the right way, within the amount of time the App says it will be done X2.
If it says it will be done in 14 minutes, go 22 minutes later and be OK hanging for 5-10 minutes…. NOT A BIG DEAL AT ALL, plan for it and don’t fret.
If you change ANYTHING within the App while ordering, expect it to be wrong/ not done. I am allergic to mushrooms and asked for my Steak Sandwich to be made no mishrooms and “Mike’s Way”….. 15 min late while picking up (no biggie, I planned for the norm and showed up 15 min later than the App said) and my Sandwich has mushrooms and isn’t “Mike’s Way”.
Normally wouldn’t say something…. But its absolutely ridiculous that the order is late AND wrong. Good with late as I am plenty patient.
