I thought I posted this review a month ago but I guess it never uploaded……

This place is Magical. Starrlite was amazing. The food….. oh my…… the food. The beer selection. Buying a round for the kitchen. The decor.

LOVED every moment I spent in here and I’m shocked I haven’t been back already.

I got the Jaeyook Bokkeum (Spicy Pork) and my buddy got Bulgogi and we plowed through it. I mentioned it was our first time in and how much I lived KBBQ so we were gifted some Korean Fried Chicken and Bibimbap.

I cannot rave enough about Fat Tiger. I loved it so much I bought a T-Shirt too!!

Here’s the Breakdown:

A must visit place with great food, funky interior and staff that makes you feel like Family +5,000,000 stars (Maps rounds down to 5).

I’m going back soon.

Please take the drive 40 min drive from Nashville to this place. In fact, take your entire family. I have never been so speechless with how unbelievable a restaurant is. Service was amazing, food was off the chart, ambience is quiet and peaceful. I would drive hours to come here again – I am fat and happy. Whoever wrote this menu, I hope both sides of your pillow are cold tonight

Took my family to try Fat Tiger Korean BBQ and loved it! This cute little barbecue cabin would be a great place for a date but I brought my kids and we all loved it. The Sweet potato tempura, bulgogi fries, and boneless chicken was phenomenal! We will be back soon!

So you’re driving backwoods Cheatham County and you’re hungry. Look no further. Why this place is so far outside of Nashville, I have no clue. This place deserves a spot downtown. Never have I ever thought I would experience bulgogi fries and sweet tea and a quiet atmosphere in such a location. Worth the drive. Definitely tackle this menu after hiking the Narrows.

A quaint little counter service spot in the middle of rural Tennessee. You wouldn’t think such a great Korean joint would be here, yet fat tiger defies expectations! Their rice is always warm and fluffy, their bulgogi flavorful and juicy. Their fried eggs also are always crispy and cooked to perfection. Definitely one of the must go to places in Dickson.

What a great restaurant! It’s got that family restaurant feel but with something special on the menu for when you’re not feeling another burger or pulled pork sandwich.

Fun and unique experience here in Dickson! We sampled multiple things and were not able to get pictures of all! We started with the Fat tiger loaded fries which I thought where the star of the show. We also started with the sweet potato tempura and the other three LOVED this.

We then got the Bulgogi and BBQ chicken. The Bulgogi was def the favorite of the two. Hope to return!

Food was flavorful, interesting, and large portions. The fried chicken was delicious and the non-heat flavor was a good soy garlic flavor as expected with Korean fried chicken. The pork cutlet dish was huge. Such an interesting combination of sweet and savory in the gravy. It was unexpected but delicious. It’s worth the drive even if you don’t live nearby. We are looking forward to going back!
