Very disappointed. Cheese was barely melted on my cheesesteak and literally thrown cheese side down into the wrapper. The cheese that was melted just stuck to the paper and fell off the sandwich. Appears they don’t care about the customer experience or quality of the food they’re putting out.

I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time. I don’t like buying sandwiches when I can make them at home. However, it was Christmas Eve after church, and we were hungry. We walked in 45 minutes to close and there was a long line, The Jersey Mike’s team worked together with great efficiency! I could tell one guy was new and the other one was coaching him. I am still in awe how well the 4 of them worked together. They did a fantastic job! Oh, and my sandwich was great! I’ll be a repeat customer from now on!

I want to give these guys a 5 star but they often forget to put in a bag of chips or soft drink in my bag with order ahead.
Great staff, super friendly, good service but today I had both my Starry drinks missing from my order and I wasn’t going to drive back for them.
Last week they forgot 2 bags of chips, this happens far too often unfortunately.
Always double check your order before leaving the window drive up.
Other than that, a great place for a sandwich.

7-17-2023 dinner time. A brand new store.
This was our first ever visit to a Jersey Mike’s.
The store was very clean and wide open.
There were five or six employees, all doing their jobs.
My wife ordered the #8 Club Sub.
I had the #9 Club Supreme.
About twenty bucks for these two subs.
I must say we were quite excited after the second bite. They were DELICIOUS!
All these years we’ve been missing out.
Needless to say we will be returning.
I’ve posted four pictures.
Try it you’ll like it.

As a former GM, I do know that when we’re touching our cell phones, we still need to wash our hands cuz if you pick up a pair of glove, whatever that was on your cell phone, they are on the gloves. So this will turn me away from any fast food restaurant and then if I ask for a Philly steak you’re giving me another sandwich that I didn’t ask for. Please people it all starts with higher up. This is why everything is failing

As we were finishing our meal 5 minutes ago, my wife started gagging saying something was stuck in the back of her throat. She pulled out a 3 inch long piece of bag plastic! Never going here again! Relieved it wasn’t one of our young children who got it in their sandwich. People shouldn’t have to worry about plastic being in their food!

I’m working on a cold Saturday afternoon and Im starving. Like everyone else, a #43 would hit the spot right now. After reading the critical reviews, Im not chancing a 30 minute wait time. Its very obvious that some of these 5 star reviews are shady and meant to drown out the terrible feedback. Im leaving this review because feedback matters and some of you might have saved me a headache by going to this location and I appreciate you.

Ordered a gluten free sub and the bread that I got was inedible. It was so old and stale. I’ve had the gluten free bread a lot in the past from Jersey’s mikes and it isn’t supposed to taste like that. I couldn’t eat my sandwich at all and it was a complete waste. A big disappointment

Came in around 7 pm on Sat. Dec. 27. Sandwich was totally soaked, soggy and falling apart. Tasted like nothing but mayo and bread. When I pointed out the sandwich was kind of nasty they just said “That’s normal. We put a lot of juice on our sandwiches.”
