This place has better deli sandwiches than the Italian deli across the street – they’re made faster, less expensive, and include far more meat. They use boars head and fresh bread. I live around the corner and have always walked in with my sandwich made even calling only 5 minutes ahead. The breakfast sandwiches are passable but nothing to write home about. Honestly, a hidden gem.

Personally, I was upset that the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was skimpy as hell but the man running the counter was extremely nice. I generally wouldn’t feel bad giving a place a lower score but his customer service was top notch. Another guy walked in and ordered bacon and egg with salt/pepper/ketchup. The employee accidentally gave me the other guy’s sandwich. I noticed right away because I don’t really like ketchup all too much, especially not on my breakfast sandwiches. I ran back in but the other guy had already left with my sandwich. I have no idea if he returned to get the right sandwich but I did and the employee apologized and promptly whipped me up what I ordered fast. So I am giving this place a 5-star just based on his humility. I appreciate that.
