Guys, your Subs are great, your store is clean and inviting. This is NOT about that. We ordered our Subs delivered this time to our home. As much as I love your food, I have to say I am very disappointed with our delivery!! the bag smelled so terrible like cigarette smoke, when we pulled our food from the bag our wrapping smelled like cigarette smoke I was not able to even eat my sub. I’m sorry but this is unexpectable. you guys can do better than that! gross!

My local j mikes, they make it the perfect amount of wetness and have the best service of any place I’ve ever been to. Each bite is perfect, the only bad part is finishing the sandwich. Service is so good they memorized my sandwich, when I switched up the ingredients I got looked at like a mad man. Every time I’m here I have a deep convo with the worker. But once again the best sandwiches ever and they are wet.

My order was placed at 545 for a 607 pickup. I got there at 605 and didn’t leave until 635. There was so many tickets and the person doing the online orders was so slow. Waited in the store with probably 10 other people waiting for 30 min. But people walking in got out right away….

There is always missing/unavailable items or they just don’t know how to make sandwiches. Chipotle mayo or mustard is missing from the sandwiches, no option to gets kids meals sometimes, and missing ingredients

I would leave 1 star but I’ll give 2 because they fixed the issue easily . Just a fair warning for anyone who doesn’t like raw meat on their subs to be VERY CAREFUL. Something told me the meat wasn’t done because it took them 45 seconds to cook. But just beware . As someone who had gotten food poisoning multiple times jersey mikes won’t be my first choice for a hot sub again ever. 🙁

Jersey Mike’s is now one of my favorite restaurants. This evening was my first time trying it and I hate myself for not doing so sooner. The place is fan-flippin’-tastic. We unfortunately live in a society where a lot of other competing sandwich shops just throw together your order with without any love nor care. I can tell that the fine folks at Jersey Mike’s, on the other hand, take the craft of sandwichery serious. I sincerely hope this first visit was not an anomaly and every piece of bread is used as a canvas to create such a tasty piece of art. Magnificent. I had “the number four” and added some banana peppers and mayo. Oof, did those peps add an extra kick of fun to an already exhilarating experience. Provolone, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo all on wheat bread (my choice) with fresh veggies and red wine vinegar. I will be returning many times. Pro tip: get chips someplace else and eat those with the sandwiches. I’m sorry, J. Mike, but nobody’s perfect. Get some better or even original chips.

I have to say, I ordered a sub in a tub on my app 2 days ago & it was the best one I have ever had! It was huge! I wish I’d taken a picture. It took me 3 meals to eat & everything about it was perfect! Thanks to my local Jersey Mike’s! You guys are great!
