I had a great experience dining here! The food is delicious. Tried the Chicken Joint Biryani and Chicken Pakoda both were super tasty! Great portion size, very reasonable prices, and the ambience is just perfect! ✨ ️ Hope they keep it up will definitely be back!

we ordered dosa and idly served with yellow water called sambar. The dosa is not even cooked properly. If you want to just take pictures go there, if anyone plans to eat just avoid completely. Prepare to wait atleast 1 hour for idly and dosa.

I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. The food was absolutely terrible — everything tasted either burnt, stale, or completely bland. My dish was lukewarm when it arrived.
The ambience was just as disappointing. The lighting was harsh, the tables were sticky, and the music was loud enough to give anyone a headache.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money and your appetite — there are far better places out there.

We were a group of 10 people excited to try a different Indian dhaba-style dining experience at Dilkush Dhaba in Pilot Point, Texas. We reached around 8:45 PM and began ordering by 9:00 PM. Since there were only 3 chefs working, service was extremely delayed. It took nearly 1–2 hours just to get food for the kids, which was quite frustrating.

The food taste was average—nothing special. Portions were small compared to the higher pricing.

Overall, this place is not suitable for families with kids or for groups larger than 4 people due to the long wait times and limited kitchen capacity.

Let me begin by saying that I only write reviews when I am very happy or very disappointed with my experience.

Went to Dilkush dhaba with friends recently. The place looks decent with good indoor/outdoor seating. There are North Indian as well as South Indian options in the menu. But like most toxic relationships, it was all downhill from there.

Let’s talk about how the food tasted- We ordered a mix of North Indian + Dosa. Dosa came first but the sambar was a disaster. A South Indian food truck that can’t get sambar right is like a taco truck messing up salsa. The Paneer dishes were average. But the Naan (see attached picture) looked like it was born in the Patel Brother’s freezer and reluctantly thawed for our table.

Other issues:
We waited 1.5 hours for our full order, which came out in disjointed chapters. Each dish arrived like a plot twist in a Ekta Kapoor’s TV dramas — unexpected, dramatic, and painfully slow.

Pro tip: bring your own water. Not to drink, but to wash your hands after using the restroom. Because the toilet had no water.

Now, I know what you’re thinking: Why didn’t you check the reviews? I did. I just chose to believe in second chances. Now I am questioning my life choices.

In a city overflowing with great Indian food, I’m still wondering how this place made it on the map.
Update: saw the owner’s response. What outside food is he talking about??

Hands down, the best Haleem I’ve had in the USA! It reminded me of the authentic flavors of Hyderabad. We also tried the Chicken 65 Biryani, and it was absolutely delicious. If you’re craving real Hyderabadi food, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Dilkush Dhaba! The ambiance was warm and inviting, giving off that authentic dhaba vibe. I tried the Thali, and it was absolutely delicious! Every dish was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for tasty, traditional food. I’ll be coming back for sure!

This place offers a great experience of Indian dhabha-style food. While it’s not exceptional, I would still visit it for the ambiance and the unique cot-style seating in the outdoor space.
