Best subs in Iowa! It was my first time to Jersey Mike’s and it felt like I was back on the East Coast. The service was great and everyone had a smile on their face. I can tell the employees were trained well and the owners must really care about quality. I even got the gluten free bread (sue me!) and it was great too. Everything seemed way fresher than going to a subway or jimmy johns.

Hands down the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. First off it’s clean when you walk in. So many sub shops seem like they don’t ever sweep the floors and it always bothers me. Then the people behind the counter seem genuinely friendly and greet you. Helpful staff is always a plus. Veggies and toppings were fresh. Bread tasted great. Perfect sandwich

I love Jersey Mike’s but feel the quality of the meat (turkey especially) is very low. It tastes slimy almost. Every time I eat here and get the cold meat I end up getting sick. Havent had an issue with the hot subs.

My son and I really enjoyed “The Big Kahuna” chicken and Philly subs. We Liked the environment. It was cool and comfortable. All good vibes in there. The cashier was very informative of the history in the establishment too. Cool place!

The staff here are so friendly! We don’t have a Jersey Mike’s in my area. I had questions, lol. The staff took their time explaining my potions and helped me choose. I’ve been back several times while working in Cedar Rapids.

bread is super soggy, almost always. my last experience was bad. I had free sub coupons didn’t use and paid almost 70 dollars for my family sandwiches this time to be disappointed. I even asked for my relish on the side and they ignored the request. They are way too heavy with the oil and vinegar add anything else and you might as well had got a bowl. so tired of calling and complaining I just decided to post. customer service is a 10/10 though.
