The food at Jersey Mike’s exceeds sandwich shops in the area, especially when it comes to chains. No wonder why Jersey Mike’s has expanded rapidly throughout the IC metro. This location is no exception. Staff make friendly conversation, and of course everything is very fresh. Jersey Mike’s is an efficient operation, so even when there is a rush,they have you in and out pretty fast.

Ordered 2 subs online. Was suppose to be ready in 15min
When I arrived the sandwiches were not ready, not even started. There was a family of 4 ordering when I walked in. Not busy. A young lady began to make the subs on the back counter. The toppings were little to none 3 onion pieces,a couple of the pepper pieces, a tablespoon of lettuce. One sandwich was ordered with extra meat. That didn’t happen the other was suppose to have mayo that didn’t happen. Which made it hard to choke down as the bread was so old and dry, it took a half gallon of water to wash it down. After a 35 min ordeal to get 2 sandwiches the young girl says Sorry for the wait. I say sorry I came here
After eating at many Mike’s all over the US multiple times over the past few years I had not had an experience where everything went wrong. This told me this one place must not have the benefit of training or management to oversee the end product. Not to mention this is suppose to be an upscale sub shop. When up pay what they want for a sandwich, you should get adequate toppings and fresh bread

More expensive than other sub shops in the area, but also way better! It’s my new fave!

I thought the employees were really friendly, maybe just a little nervous from all being new. I think the other comments seem to be a little harsh. The one black girl in her 20s/30s in particular who made my sandwich was super patient and helpful with people!

The servings are hefty…the regular size could easily be 2 servings.

I love the turkey and provolone w/ “Mikes way” (they add oil/vinegar/herbs to it) on the rosemary bread.. The wait was only a bit because the place just opened, but it seems to be pretty quick once you’re at the counter. My only tip is maybe ask if they can do “Mikes way” on the side if you are taking it to go cause it does get soggy fast if you’re driving in from CR.

Service at this location is amazing every time! They are also SO good at not cross contaminating with a dairy allergy and very knowledgeable about ingredients in their products, which most fast food places are so bad at even putting effort in to look at an ingredient list. We will make the extra 15 minute trip to this location every time we want subs!

I went into this location around a week ago and there were staff members working hard making a catering order while there were four teens running the front they were all amazing but one specific worker that stood out to me was the young gentleman topping the sandwiches I talked with him while he was making my sandwiches he said his name was Draven and that he’s been working at Jersey Mike’s for around a month he has great communication skills telling everyone what sandwiches were being made and running the front keep up the good work Jersey mikes

Update: they are still blaming the customer for mistakes. Disappointing.

I don’t know what happened at this store, but they no longer understand what “everything on it” means. We’ve never had a problem with this.

I heard an employee basically tell my husband he ordered the wrong way when my husband called in to tell them 2 of the sandwiches were made wrong.

They really only know how to top the sandwiches Mike’s way based on that conversation.

If you’re not sure what the customer means, ask for clarification. An easy solution would have been to repeat back all of the toppings to the customer.

As someone who has been a customer service manager, this is poor to blame the customer. Give the customer what they asked for and don’t argue.

We probably won’t be back. We’ve been customers for years.

This was my first time EVER at a Jersey Mike’s. I was in town for work and stopped by for a quick lunch. I expressed to the employee that it was my first time ordering here so I wasn’t sure what I wanted. He told me the top sellers, his favorites, and asked if I was interested in a hot or cold sub. He sold me on the Famous Philly! The sub was amazing and so was the service!!!

I lost my receipt for a business purchase, but when I went back a few days later, the staff—despite being busy—were so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to reprint my receipt, and I’m so thankful for their amazing service
