i come here a lot bc i work nearby but today june 7th at around 12:30pm they made the best sandwich i have ever tasted in my life. today was a very bad day, but the workers were so nice and positive even though they were really busy they were patient and positive and it made my whole day again i just really wanna thank the staff for making my entire day with a rlly good sandwich this is my fav jersey mikes ever no cap.. i get the same sandwich everytime and it always slaps rlly hard but this time was especially good i loved it thanks guys have an awesome day

This sandwich shop is such a cute little place, and the food is amazing! The customer service was great! They were fast, friendly and the meats were sliced as they made the sandwiches. I didn’t catch the workers names the day I went, but the gentlemen making the sandwich did a good job clarifying what we ordered and seemed to enjoy making the subs with some pizzazz haha. Also the gentlemen at the register was friendly and we exhanged fun small talk. The time it took to get in and out was super fast for how fresh it was. The reason i wanted to try this place was to see if they beat Jimmy Johns, and in my opinion their sandwiches win. The overall experience and taste of the food is a 5 stars for me! Highly recommended!

Subs are awesome. Service is slow. Ordered for pick up time and everytime they are just starting to make the order when I arrive at the specified pick up time. If I order for 530 pick up, I would like it to be ready by 530ish not 550.

Sub was terrible! It was a number 9 Mike’s way. Sub was so awful we couldn’t finish it. My husband and I split a medium sub. The picture shows what we are throwing away. I think we both took 2 bites. We’ve eaten at Jerseys Mike before, but I won’t be going back. Staff was on their phone except 2 workers. Total turn off!!

They are supposed to be offering a free sandwich coupon when you “donate” $5 on top of your order. I did that and they didn’t give me any coupons or anything. So I contacted corporate and they said they give them to you pick up your order so you would have gotten one then. I told them I didn’t and they refused to honor the deal. Pretty ridiculous that they get everyone to donate so they can get tax write offs and they don’t even hold up their end of the bargain and then pretty much tell me to bad and that they don’t care.

The subs are awesome. I have a problem with people who think it’s ok to bring out side food and eat it in the shop. You are taking tables away from paying customers. The dining room is small enough.
