I am gluten intolerant and can only eat a few places. Every time I come here I feel like I’m in an inconvenience. I ordered a sandwich here and asked for the condiments on the side. The whole thing was put into a box. And I had to make it and put it together myself. They told me that they wouldn’t remake it because I got everything I ordered. But I had to do their job for them. I was even in the store while my order was being made. No one asked me for clarification on my special instructions. Definitely not worth $30 for a sandwich if they’re not gonna make it right.

Wow this is the first time I have EVER been disappointed in jersey Mike’s, almost no meat, barely any pepper relish, I buy a sub with yall often, I DID NOT get what I paid for!!!!! Do u not put the same effort and quality into doordash orders? Whoever made this should be embarrassed they made a sub this shitty!!!!!!!! Upon entry we were welcomed in by Xavier. His customer service was exemplary from his attention to detail to cleanliness between customers and also thoroughness in customization. It was all noticed and appreciated. His natural engagement added a touch of hospitality that made our family lunch delightful. All the staff touched base with us and made sure our experience was going well. All the staff made our experience wonderful. We will be back again.

If you get more than one sandwich through online ordering, they WILL mess it up. It’s happened twice now and it’s super aggravating when you’re dealing with allergies and intolerances for them to mix and match ingredients on different subs. Please pay attention to more detail.

I went to Jersey Mike’s on Westnedge in Portage MI a month ago. The bread was so hard that you could hit it with your fist that it didn’t indent and it made sounds. I couldn’t eat the sandwich so my dinner was ruined for the night.
I called Jersey Mikes on South Westnedge Kalamazoo/ Portage MI and they put me on the list for a free sandwich.
Today, one month later, I decided to get my free sandwich from Jersey Mikes in Portage Mi. I called my order in and informed the employee that this is a free sandwich from a month ago. They asked what did I want on the sandwich and they said do you want the Jersey Mike’s way? I said sure. The sandwich should include Lettuce, yellow banana peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, just loaded with vegetables.
When my daughter brought my sandwich home it was poorly fixed with Little to no vegetables and I don’t believe this is the Jersey Mike’S way of eating a sub. None of the fixings I requested was on my sandwich. Unbelievable! This was the 2nd sandwich I had from this location not to mention another night of dinner being ruined for me.
I called the restaurant again and the manager was really nice. However, it’s sad they can’t fix a sandwich correctly. They put me on the list for another sandwich. However, with the many issues and disappointing results I’m nervous to count on it for my dinner.
I will do another review after my next sandwich but this location is horrible.
The picture below will show the 1 onion slice they gave me on the Sandwich. This is the way the sandwich actually was fixed the Jersey Mike’s way. Lol

Today was my first time at a Jersey Mikes and my experience was very underwhelming. It was lunch time and they had the newest/slowest employee assembling the food which took forever! Most people coming in there at lunch hour. I don’t have time to wait around. I got a number seven in a bowl and it was very small for $10. There is like five thin slices of turkey two slices of cheese. Then the vegetables were really small portions. Two small pinches of lettuce, 3 tomato slices and some onions which she was going to put less than that but I asked her for more. It was just ok. I think Jersey Giant juice is better. Not worth the wait time for sure.

Very disappointed.. pay almost 11.00 for mini and chips. One very sliced piece of ham, one turkey, half slice of bacon. Birds will appreciate the bread.
