Worst service I’ve ever witnessed b4! Theses staff members were standing around twittling thumbs or hands in pockets with nothing to do, meanwhile several other customers including myself sat for exceptionally long time waiting for subs! I was so appalled from this ridiculousness that I couldn’t wait any longer for my hot sub. I will never be coming to this location again!!!! And the manager on sight was completely useless!!! This location needs some attending from corporate! Good day! Look at these other reviews, this location is definitely by far not too good!

I came in today, and instantly realized that my favorite sub shop was short staffed. That’s a normal thing these days EVERYWHERE. When I walked in, I noticed a man getting very loud and condescending with who I am assuming was the manager on staff. I felt so bad for her. This is my favorite jersey mikes and I have NEVER had a problem. Thank you, Alysa and the rest of the staff for always making my subs exactly the way I love them, I WILL BE BACK!!! PS people, If you see line a in a restaurant in 2023, it’s probably because people don’t want to work. When you order your food and it’s taking a little longer than expected calm down and be an adult. HAH

A customer complained about the long wait and asked for a refund. He was upset but not mean or threatening. They were very slow and we’re running about 1/2 hour just to take and fill orders them live. The manager said “I’ll refund you’re money but it’s not my fault you have a terrible life”.
