Turn the music down! Way too loud, gets in the way of conversations. Long-term could give headaches. The staff had to yell when carry-out orders came in. Hint.
I do like location, though. More inviting than most Mike’s. Need to work on the cleaning a bit, tables are in need of a good scrubbing, some trash here & there. At 2 p.m. the lunch rush is over.

There was orders lined up for door dash plus walk in behind walk in.
The crew still tried their best to get the orders out as fast and accurate as they can. You could see they were a little frustrated (BUT THAT HUMAN, THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS AND CANT CONTROL POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVING THEM UNDERSTAFFED) they still gave good customer service.
My order was done correctly and I just want them to be acknowledged.
My last visit I was asked by 3 employees what the name for my order was, and was told it wasn’t ready yet. It was 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, but I saw this coming. I sat there for ten minutes, and decided to stand by the register to wait. They asked the name for my order again, and said oh its right here, its been sitting here the whole time. My sub was super soggy, and sloppy. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it wasn’t every time.
I’m sure, I’ll get some automated message about how my review is appreciated. This place is extremely mismanaged, not understaffed.
