Picked up lunch for the family. Food was good. Couple of the sandwiches were pretty messy but all and all, good food. Dining area was a bit chilly. I sat and waited for my order which was speedy, but the other patrons in the restaurant were eating with coats on.

I never leave reviews but this irritated me lol. I’ve been coming here for a while and the food is always good and ready fast, but the lady with the dark hair (side of her head shaved, didn’t get her name but I see she’s got other reviews on here too) that’s always there is not very nice. I walked in to pick up a mobile order, wasn’t greeted at all , just looked at by all 4 employees. I understand not being able to help someone right away so I just waited to be assisted. Then another customer walks in and is immediately asked if he’s there for a mobile order so I let the lady know that I was there for one as well. She got an attitude with me right off the jump. I hate to complain but almost every time we come in to pick up food, the same lady has a nasty attitude towards the customers and is not very friendly. Type of thing that makes you want to stop going in lol

You know, I’ve got to tell you about my recent trip to Jersey Mike’s. It was such a pleasant surprise, and I’m already craving their sandwiches again!
I decided to give their famous Original Italian sub a try, and let me tell you, it was absolutely scrumptious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the combination of meats and cheeses was just perfect. Plus, the “Mike’s Way” toppings with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and that zesty blend of olive oil and red wine vinegar – it all came together for a truly mouthwatering experience.
But what really stood out to me was the staff at Jersey Mike’s. They were super friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making a great sandwich. They took their time to slice the meats and cheeses right in front of me, making sure everything was piled high and just the way I like it.
Even though it was busy, they didn’t rush through my order or skimp on the toppings. And when I asked for a recommendation on which chips to get, they happily suggested their favorite flavor without missing a beat.
I’ve got to say, my visit to Jersey Mike’s was a real treat. The sandwiches are top-notch, and the staff really makes you feel like a valued customer. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their subs. If you haven’t been there yet, you should definitely check it out!

We made the mistake of coming to this location. Upon cashing out a hand written note states that the ice machine is broken and the fountain pop comes out warm. Really??? This should be posted prior to anyone ordering. When I made the statement, so your machine has been down for a while I got the response yes. Then when I made the comment about advising customers of this PRIOR to cashing out, the response I got was “I just working here”. If someone, a manager or owner, cannot do the simple task of getting a soda machine fixed or at least make sure customers know prior to ordering, then this is lazy. The manager didn’t even get up from what he was doing to apologize. For $40 total, I definitely know we will not be back to this location. Sad…very sad.

Terrible service. Tried to call , phones were off. Then I pulled in at 7:45 pm and the front door was locked but they told me the back door. As soon as I walked to the back that door was locked as well and they stood there and just stared at me. I’ve been coming to this location the past year never had a problem but this has just pissed me off. Terrible.
