My daughter and I went in several days ago for dinner. We were welcomed as we entered the door and had the best service. TJ was amazing! You just don’t see that kind of customer service every day. He was kind, polite, genuinely happy and had such a great smile. Made our night and food was delicious! I highly recommend!!!

Was able to try this place out due to having a free sub coupon for my birthday. I got a gluten free sub and purchased through mobile ordering. My sub was being prepared when I got there which was awesome! The employees take VERY VERY extremely good care when it came to the gluten free experience and I didn’t get sick after consuming the sub which is awesome! I found a new restaurant! It was good as well! A++++++

I’ve had two separate online orders made incorrectly at this location. The first time, I didn’t say anything. After the second issue, I called and spoke directly with the manager. He initially told me I could bring the order back for a replacement, but since I live about 35 minutes away, that wasn’t realistic. He told me that was all he could do for me He then offered 10% off my next order.

When I came in to use that discount, the same manager looked through receipts and said its so many receipts. tone was very dismissive.. then told me I would need to come back when “the person who told me that” was working — even though he was the person I spoke with. An employee tried to help by speaking with him again, but came back and told me the manager said he was not honoring the discount at all.

After that, I called the restaurant to get the manager’s name for reference. He gave it to me and said, JAMES “Yeah, you can have my name,” in a way that felt dismissive and as if my complaint was not being taken seriously.

Between the repeated order errors, the refusal to honor the discount, and the manager’s attitude, this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s, but this location’s management makes it difficult to return to this location.

These are the best subs you can get in town by far. Abby and the crew did a great job tonight, not often you get fast service restaurant emoloyees asking how your week has been going and have a casual conversation with you. Keep it up!

Very unprofessional, dirty work station , and a staff member sat on the work counter chatting with this other coworker. It was truly a very disappointing experience at Jersey mikes . I was so disappointed with the behavior of these young men . I really hope action is taken . I’ve heard from many people that they won’t go to this location because of similar experiences with poor customers service and unclean work spaces due to the staff.

This place needs an intervention. Very dirty store, windows and door have prints and marks all around, trash can is full and dirty. Tables have bits and pieces all over. My recommendation, close it down and do a top to bottom cleaning, retrain the staff on customer service and most importantly, the owner needs to take a bit more pride in their store…

I normally don’t write reviews, and I normally have a great experience here but today was the day. It was obvious the store was very busy and the staff were doing their best. The man at the cash register greeting people and taking care of the transactions is always very polite and cordial, good attitude but today he made a mistake as people do, no one’s perfect. The female manager on duty ripped into this young man very publicly and very unprofessionally. There’s not a chance in hell I would work for this woman; there’s a way to coach your team that is helpful and productive but belittling and chastising an employee who gives a great customer experience over one mistake on one sandwich is unacceptable behavior.
