My first time eating there. My Co Worker wanted some. I was was okay cool a new sandwich place. Tell me why when I was eating my food it was hair in it. Ik it would be. Buddy came out the back shaking his dreads and my sandwich was right there. I was like oh Lord I’m not going to make a big deal, I had to go back to work and time was ticking. They need to be more cleaner about handling people’s food. And I gave them a tip

This was my first time getting Jersey Mike’s. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. I could not have been more impressed! Oh, and the sandwich was great too! I got the Italian Mike’s Way and it was delicious.

Mike’s Hot Italian was delicious. My only negative feedback is the weird comment the manager made to just me. After taking my order he asked my name, said they’ll yell it or maybe he’ll just throw it at me. First time ever in a Jersey Mike’s and I didn’t hear that commentary to anyone else.
When my order was ready he kept with this weird gag and pretended like he was going to lob my sandwich to me. Again, not sure why because I was not in that mood or exhibiting that energy.

In an era when “customer service” often feels like an oxymoron, it’s truly a pleasure to share that our experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs in Mt. Comfort is always extraordinary.
We live in Anderson and pick up our grandchildren a couple of days a week from Mt. Comfort Elementary. Second only to seeing our grandkids, the highlight of each trip is walking into Jersey Mike’s and being greeted by the entire staff—especially Jane, Aimee, and Jailey—who know us by name and treat us like family. Our expectations are exceeded in every way, every time!
Without hesitation, we highly recommend Jersey Mike’s in Mt. Comfort!

Food is always delicious and workers are very nice, but if you place an online order expect your food 30 minutes after it tells you it will be done. Every time I have ordered online it has taken them an extra 20-30 minutes to get my order done, even if it’s just 1 sandwich.

Waited 20+ minutes for a steak philly, just to receive rationed steak on bread. Barely has any ingredients, tastes bland and extremly hotnin temperature. They seem to have multiple employees but only one cooking the phillys. Horrible food not worth the price at all. Good customer service is the only thing good about that place and their surfboard light.
