This isn’t my 1st time going here, but it was my 1st time at this location since it’s new. I called in an order, and it was sitting there ready when I walked in at the pickup counter. Wasn’t a bad sub, but it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had either. It seemed to lack any flavor at all if I’m being honest, but I would try this place again cause I’ve had good luck in the past

Jersey Mikes, in my professional opinion, is severely underrated. This isn’t the one I usually go to but the quality didn’t budge, and I could literally scarff one down everyday. The service was quick and lovely, and the guy running the grill was nice and held the door for us. There was also a friendly bee in the window, that didn’t bother us but was just kind of there. They also played songs from the Hamilton soundtrack. 10/10 experience and I will go again and again. Their rosemary parm bread is a must have and I will never shut up about it

They are notorious in complicating your order. I ordered CHIPOTLE CHICKEN and another one and I was asked “what’s the number”. It’s obvious that staff that was taking the initial order wasn’t’ familiar with their products. Then the 2nd staff that made the sub sandwich tried to be efficient and ended messing up my orders by skipping the first person who ordered before me by 1st processing my other order. Then as she processed my “CHIPOTLE CHICKEN” they ended up giving me a “TURKEY “sandwich. And the rest is history! Not to mention their super LOUD music
