My wife and I like to get Mikes at least twice a month. I would like to compliment a nice young man Gabe. He has served me several times and is always pleasant and professional.

I ordered the club sub, which comes with bacon. The sub gets to the end and the dude that finishes the sub doesn’t add any bacon to it, so I asked for bacon since it comes on the club. He put 1 slice onto a regular size sub when the person infront of me gets 4 slices on his giant sub. The sub is good, I just won’t be going back since they are trying to rip me off by not including what I paid for when it’s already pretty expensive. It’s a shame but I’ll just go to Jimmy John’s.

Terrible experience. The best thing I have to say is it seemed pretty clean. The employees weren’t attentive, seemed like they just wanted to go home. It was 7pm on a Tuesday. When we got home to enjoy our food (2 “giants” and 1 regular sub) they were put together poorly and one of the giants was all bread. The meat and cheese were nearly non existent. The opposite giant was made wrong and I had to pick items off so my kids would eat it. Normally I like Jersey Mike’s, but we will not return to this location.

This place used to be my favorite place, they were always on top of everything and organized. Recently they have gone downhill. They do not listen to your order. I said 3 giant sandwiches, 2 #56, 1 meat and cheese only, and 1 #56# made the way it comes. Then I ordered a giant #5! I go to the register and pay for 3 giant sandwiches, and they are telling me I ordered 2 regular sandwiches the people behind me even spoke up and said she said 3 giants were Hurd her say 2 #56 giant and a 3rd giant! This isnt the first or second time this has happend eaither. I will usually let mistakes or mess up.Slide quite a few times before I even say anything.But this is getting ridiculous

About a year and a half ago I had a really bad experience the food wasn’t good the staff was very rude and it was all around horrible I never wanted to go back. Recently I gave it another try and the staff was PHENOMENAL the subs were prefect made to perfection and just all around the staff was amazing I would definitely go back

If youre open till 9, you’re open till 9. I get restaurants restricting ordering close to close since it could be a whole family but you make SANDWICHES. Saying “grills closed” THIRTY MINUTES before your actual close time is just lazy

The #5 super sub was tasty and had plenty of meat. The two men making the sandwiches however were slapping each other, pushing each other and acting like they were in a Bar not a sandwich shop. Very unprofessional .
