20 bucks for a cheesesteak that isn’t big is WILD. The bread is never fresh and you’d think for 20 bucks they’d pack in the meat. And the flavor is mid. I remember when they used to make great sandwiches with decent prices. This is a scam. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Hate to take a star because we love this location. My advice would be to include those little wax paper inserts laid while making the subs. Without them, the bottom sub bread often tears off onto the wrapping. Otherwise, we love it! Great sandwiches and fantastic staff who really care about the guest experience.

This location was great at first then slowly went down hill. The last 3-4 times my wife and I have come in there’s been SOME kind of BS to deal with. “We’re out of bread. Oh we’re out of lettuce. We’re out of this we’re out of that”. And it’s not just the evening time, I’ve gone in the middle of the day. A couple months back we went in and the place wreaked of a strong sewage smell. That time we just walked right back out. Soda machine is also never maintained there’s stuff either out of order or it’s just dispensing carbonated water. Come on you’re supposed to be better than Subway.

Think from now on I’m just gonna walk my happy self over to Jimmy John’s two doors down.

I go here all the time quite literally a regular. Even when I go in the lady knows my order. But today the cashier tall, skinny, had a beard was rude. He was talking way too fast and I told him to slow down and that I couldn’t understand him. And he got upset, I don’t know what his name was but i went in around 6:30 ish on 2/1/26.

The best, delicious and filling as always. This is great location. I ordered pickup and it was ready on time while the team was getting ready for lunch rush. The juice and toppings were balanced and didn’t include too much liquid. Great job! I’ll be back regularly to get my JM fix. So glad they opened this one and it’s so much closer to home.

Order 2 Hot Italian. They didn’t put any toppings on them. Just meats. Not the way it comes or how it was ordered. Too expensive. Too big of a mistake. Not okay.

Just picked up sandwiches we ordered on line, NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE LIVE 15 minutes from Canal, in the country and have been disappointed for the third time with the wrong order!!!!!!!!!!!! Done with Jersey Mike’s!!!!!!

Ordered food on the app. For the price of the subs, I should not get mostly bread, and very little of the actual fillings. Also, when ordering a footling, I understand slicing in half, but then slicing one of the halves halfway makes zero sense….unless they were doing a different order with a kid’s sub that got changed and that was the only bread left. Irregardless, definitely not worth the price.

When subs are ordered an online from any app a ticket is printed / hot subs ordered a ticket is written / cold subs ordered it’s made in front of you.

I don’t know if its a competency issue with employees or they just don’t care but there is clearly an issue with this store as every order (1-2 subs an order) we have ever gotten from this store is always made wrong.

I’ll keep writing review until management changes things to get the staff to pay attention.

I’m sorry but my friend owns 3 stores in Columbus and there’s a clear difference in the quality / service / employee customer interaction. If I was running this store I’d fire half the staff!

Having celiac disease make literally every experience dining out a challenge. I was so happy to see that this place has gluten free options. I was blown away to see the staff diligently cleaning the equipment before making my sandwich! I cannot express how much it means to people like me that they take so much care with food safety.
