My husband and I celebrated my birthday weekend with the best pastrami, egg on an everything bagel and a perfect cup of coffee. The bagel was fresh, the pastrami warm and savory, and the eggs were cooked just right.
The staff was incredibly friendly — they even remembered exactly how much coffee to pour so there was room for my creamer. It’s those little personal touches that make a place feel so special.
Great food, great coffee, and warm, thoughtful service. We’ll definitely be back!

Took sixteen minutes to order and another fifteen to get three bagels. Get rid of whoever this useless human is. He was enthused if he was talking with the staff, which in itself was the biggest problem. Constantly talking and distracting the people actually doing the work but this guy couldn’t be bothered. Could hear him complaining about Chris and Laura though when he had to call them last minute. Instead of running the only active part of his body (his mouth) he could have been cleaning the tables, taking out the overflowing trash, or attending the dirty bathrooms.

Delicious bagels. Brisket and egg is my personal favorite. Amazing hazelnut coffee. Good and fast service. The only little concern I had at the time of visit is that the paper bag was really greasy from associates gloves, but it’s not a big deal I guess.

Stopped here for breakfast before heading to the Biltmore and wow, it did not disappoint. I’m not a huge bagel sandwich person but I definitely had THE best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had. My husband and I loved the casual atmosphere while the options were SO gourmet. You can tell they make their bagels fresh!!! So so good. Highly recommend and will be back!!

This bagel place in Asheville has excellent bagels. They’re fresh with good flavors and good choices. Pull up there. Go inside no waiting and get a dozen bagels and cream cheese and you won’t be disappointed. They’ll be a flavor that you would like. They’re all good. They make them there right in front of you, very tasty scooped and toasted, but it’s not necessary. The bagels are very fresh. They have all types of sandwiches too one of their sister companies Einstein bagel bagels are 10 times better. I’m a bagel lover and this place didn’t disappoint.

Have to make a weekly trip to the bank, which is right next door to Brueggers. The staff is always friendly even when they are super busy. Decent bagels for a chain restaurant and very fast service. Always a good experience
