I got a giant Italian tonight and it was awesome as usual then in my second piece the unthinkable happened a 2 foot hair ruined the whole thing so needles to say the rest went straight into the garbage. I am an over the road driver so by the time I got to eat I was to far away to bring it back. So thanks for nothing big waste of $20.

I’ve been in town for almost three months. Because of my work schedule, I rarely eat a normal dinner at a normal time. I’ve been here twice now, and each time I’ve been impressed with the staff. They engage with the guest, know the product, and take pride in their work. The place is spotless, their uniforms are crisp and clean. If the restaurant I work for were closer, I’d be trying to poach each one of them. Specifically, AB, Lena, Dean, and Drew were working tonight. Thank you for the job well done.

The sandwiches are good, the staff is great! I’ve had bad luck recently at other JM locations. I almost place my order via the app and pick it up in the store. The staff at this location nailed it.
The sub was perfectly made and ready as promised. It’s great to see people who take pride in their work and make the sub exactly as the customer orders it.
It sounds kinda simple, but it’s an expectation this is rarely met at other locations, specifically those in Gahanna and Pataskala.

Cannot express how much me and hubby appreciate hour kind & engaging the staff were here!
After a long day’s work, we were soooo hungry, but limited options here still + wanted something liter & simple- sandwiches sounded perfect! Also- crazy as this may sound, I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s before!! I’m happy to add this to my radar now, for lunch breaks!
They made very helpful recommendations & all around were engaging with very friendly energy. 100/10 recommend and will return ☺️

I wish I could give 10 stars!! Best sub sandwich shop hands-down! The manager has passion for his location and his staff are happy – makes the food taste even better! Love buying from this location – always clean, courteous and friendly. I leave with a smile on my face each time I stop by.

We have always enjoyed the quality of the sandwiches we get from Jersey Mikes, but my review is really about the people behind the counter making the sandwiches. Today I was awestruck and inspired by the young lady making my sandwich. She was excited about giving back to her community and told me an incredible story about her life and why she was giving back. I left the shop in tears and so hopeful about humanity. To me that was so much more than a sandwich. I applaud your management in hiring such a remarkable young woman.

Jenna and Olivia were both super nice and always friendly. I don’t know if Jenna is a manager here. But she carries herself as one. They alway seem to be engaged in genuine conversation with myself and other customers like they’re enjoying their jobs.
As a manager in retail for over 25 years.
I know firsthand how rare that really is.
I just felt they deserved to be recognized.

The staff working on 9/9/2023 at the location in Sunbury!!! All of you were so kind, and polite. We have never been to a Jersey Mikes and the staff were very helpful and answered our questions and even recommend some really good sandwiches for us. They made sure are sandwich’s were made and cooked just like we asked. Very great customer service.
