I ordered a group lunch today and a coworker and I both picked the Portobello Mushroom and Swiss sandwich. It felt suspiciously light when I took our sandwiches out of the bag, and then we realized why. There were about three little mushrooms, two slivers of green pepper, some cheese and a lot of bread. My coworker’s sandwich was exactly the same. Easily the worst sandwich I’ve ever had and very disappointing. The fact that whoever made it thought we wouldn’t notice there were hardly any mushrooms was the sandwich that is supposed to be 90% mushrooms is mind blowing.

On a high school sports trip. Stopped here on impulse and was NOT disappointed. Staff are incredibly friendly. Chatted with the owner who is funny and took very good care of my athletes and myself. The food was excellent, but the service definitely made the visit. Highly recommend a stop here!!

I was craving a sub but Jersey Mike’s was really disappointing. It was an hour before closing and the staff had the chairs on the tables. The sandwiches were prepared directly on a dirty counter. I was not given a receipt. I hope on other nights they provide better service.

My dad always raves about this place and Danny DeVito has been bugging me with the commercial so I finally went inside to try it. I really like the chicken Philly from Charley’s subs so I tried it from here. Good night, the food is expensive and it doesn’t taste that great…and you can’t get french fries. Honestly, very disappointed I will not be going back to Jersey Mike’s in any location. Charleys or Jimmy John’s.

Order food thru uber eats, jersey mikes forgot the chips for both orders and the bowl was mostly lettuce with no oil and vinegar. Very disappointed usually don’t have an issue.

The absolute best customer service I have ever received. They even custom made my order with no questions asked. I’m not sure of the woman’s name that helped me (Maybe Pam) but she was awesome. I highly recommend trying this as a better sub and sandwich alternative to subway. It is kind of hard to see where it is located but it’s to the left of the giant eagle at perimeter.

service was absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my order to be ready after i submitted for an online order. I saw 20 people go through the line before my order was ready. I tried to talk to the staff and go through the line but they would not let me. Awful service. 0/5 if I could.

Just ordered $50+ worth for the family dinner. We typically enjoy this particular location for the quality of it’s sandwiches.
Tonight, the bread was not fresh – kids had difficulty biting through the sub. Wife and i also did not enjoy, all subs were white bread. Hopefully next time this won’t be the case.
3* because we have had success at this location previously on multiple occasions. If this were not the case, 1-2 stars.
