I never give a bad review as everyone knows. However, I was highly disappointed in this sandwich shop. First the greeter looked like she was in pain and was awaiting a tax audit. I told her the two sandwiches I wanted but not what I wanted on them because she had already handed me a paper and told me to move up. I was then shuffled to the register and asked to pay. I stated that I was trying to tell the girl what I wanted on the sandwiches and she told me I would get a chance when they got to me. So that never happened, and I told who I assumed was the manager. He was yelling over all the sandwichmakers asking if I wanted the club Mike’s way, I said I don’t want tomatoes and no sauce. I asked about the second sandwich and never got a response. To say the least I will not go back to this shop. I waisted my money and time. The cashier looked as if she was as happy as the greeter. Im so disappointed. So be ready to advocate over a crowd of screamers if you plan to eat here. Then, not even get the right sandwiches when you get home.

I’m a Firehouse guy but the Chicken philly was really good. Not sure about the wheat bread though.

Update: visited again & I actually do like the wheat bread. The texture & taste actually feels authentic. This time buffalo chicken. 5 star

My first opportunity to stop in this store but it will not be the last. This location has only been opened a short time. I have eaten at Jersey Mike’s in several other locations and they are always the same, Excellent.
My go to sandwich is the number 13 on white bread done Mike’s way, the meats and cheeses are sliced in front of you and piled high on the fresh bread. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the menu. The wait time was a little longer that I would have liked, but the time of day and being a new to the area store it was busier than I expected it to be. The parking area was small but there was additional parking on the street area.

That was the WORST Italian sub I’ve ever tasted. I threw it away it was that gross. For the price I paid I could have eaten subway 3 times and enjoyed it. I wouldn’t waste you dollar at Jersey mikes…

My family and I have been to this location multiple times with this being where I first tried the restaurant’s food.

I’m not a fan of a lot of meat on sandwiches so I try to opt for a veggie if I need a refresher, but boy, can I say that I have not had a sandwich that isn’t good so far. And their bacon? It’s killer!

The staff is so energetic and friendly. Don’t be afraid to ask about stuff and they even make conversation. I have not seen an unfriendly face in there.

They offer spices and juices to put on your sandwich too if that’s what you are into. Theres nothing that I wouldn’t recommend.

I highly suggest that you go and try this!

*****edited 12/30/25 following a proper jersey Mike’s experience*******

Food in shop is 10 to the 1000th time better.

I had the TikTok viral tuna sub, which, for those not in the know, is a #10 tuna salad with modifications (done Mike’s style minus tomatoes, but with banana peppers, pickles, jalapeños, and pepper relish with honey mustard). I made my own mods, though, by adding Swiss cheese, nixing the jalapeños, and swapping out the honey mustard for buffalo sauce. I also let the sandwich sit until my dinner break so that all of the flavors could mix a little.

It smelled amazing, and tasted AMAZING! This sub was a party in my mouth with every bite. It was the perfect mix of every flavor and just the right amount of spice. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend (getting your sandwich in store. I am still a bit wary of catering, but next time i will Mike’s it up with onions, tomatoes, olive oil, and vinegar).

Reviewing for catering. Not sure if food in shop is better, but my experience doesn’t make me want to visit in person.

Had the turkey and provolone sandwich. Turkey was over seasoned. Provolone cheese is overused here and isn’t even in my top 5 cheeses. Provolone with turkey was the least offensive offering, and if I could give 0 stars I would. Lettuce should have been an optional addition rather than a huge part of the sandwich, and the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and soggy. Bread was soggy too.

Do not recommend. Get subway instead.

I had been to this location several times before and normally everything was outstanding, the clean store, friendly staff, no issues at all but this trip, I am sorry, but I had to say something. I ordered 3 Philly Cheesesteak for $58.79 take out and got home to eat dinner, there was hair in the sandwich. Threw it all away, no way will I eat something or feed my family with hair hanging out of it!!! Just Gross, they need to wear hair nets or something. So, money ($58.79) wasted on something we didn’t/couldn’t eat.

First time having Jersey Mike’s and went to the London KY location. Can I give y’all 10 stars instead of 5? Seriously the best sub, veggies and meat were FRESH, sub was made PERFECTLY, bacon cooked to PERFECTION. It was an explosion of flavors in my mouth. My husband and I both stopped after the first bite and at the moment we knew we were hooked. Savored every bite. I wish I was exaggerating. Employees were very welcoming and we will be returning!!

Everyone at the counter was nice. There seemed to be some issues in the kitchen area. Quite possibly the worst Philly I have had anywhere. There was only cheese on one half of my sandwich. It wasn’t hot even though we got it right after is was done. The bread was so thin that it made the sandwich feel sloppy. The whole things was so crumpled and unappetizing. Almost $30, wasted. In this economy.

I’d never eaten at Jersey Mikes before until Londons location opened.
We ordered on the app and it was user friendly. Our sub didn’t take as long as the estimated time said and it was quite literally the best sub I’ve ever eaten from a chain sandwich shop. I got the Chipotle Philly with banana peppers added and my goodness.. I definitely get the hype now. Wish I’d taken a photo of the sub because trust it was a 10/10. *chefs kiss*
