Update: visited again & I actually do like the wheat bread. The texture & taste actually feels authentic. This time buffalo chicken. 5 star
My go to sandwich is the number 13 on white bread done Mike’s way, the meats and cheeses are sliced in front of you and piled high on the fresh bread. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the menu. The wait time was a little longer that I would have liked, but the time of day and being a new to the area store it was busier than I expected it to be. The parking area was small but there was additional parking on the street area.
I’m not a fan of a lot of meat on sandwiches so I try to opt for a veggie if I need a refresher, but boy, can I say that I have not had a sandwich that isn’t good so far. And their bacon? It’s killer!
The staff is so energetic and friendly. Don’t be afraid to ask about stuff and they even make conversation. I have not seen an unfriendly face in there.
They offer spices and juices to put on your sandwich too if that’s what you are into. Theres nothing that I wouldn’t recommend.
I highly suggest that you go and try this!
Food in shop is 10 to the 1000th time better.
I had the TikTok viral tuna sub, which, for those not in the know, is a #10 tuna salad with modifications (done Mike’s style minus tomatoes, but with banana peppers, pickles, jalapeños, and pepper relish with honey mustard). I made my own mods, though, by adding Swiss cheese, nixing the jalapeños, and swapping out the honey mustard for buffalo sauce. I also let the sandwich sit until my dinner break so that all of the flavors could mix a little.
It smelled amazing, and tasted AMAZING! This sub was a party in my mouth with every bite. It was the perfect mix of every flavor and just the right amount of spice. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend (getting your sandwich in store. I am still a bit wary of catering, but next time i will Mike’s it up with onions, tomatoes, olive oil, and vinegar).

Reviewing for catering. Not sure if food in shop is better, but my experience doesn’t make me want to visit in person.
Had the turkey and provolone sandwich. Turkey was over seasoned. Provolone cheese is overused here and isn’t even in my top 5 cheeses. Provolone with turkey was the least offensive offering, and if I could give 0 stars I would. Lettuce should have been an optional addition rather than a huge part of the sandwich, and the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and soggy. Bread was soggy too.
Do not recommend. Get subway instead.
We ordered on the app and it was user friendly. Our sub didn’t take as long as the estimated time said and it was quite literally the best sub I’ve ever eaten from a chain sandwich shop. I got the Chipotle Philly with banana peppers added and my goodness.. I definitely get the hype now. Wish I’d taken a photo of the sub because trust it was a 10/10. *chefs kiss*
