My husband and I happened to stop here last Friday and upon arrival, the staff was hard at work fulfilling orders for a college volleyball team. The entire staff worked together, all appearing very calm and even smiling while chatting with each customer. We have eaten at other Jersey Mike’s many times and always have a good experience, but wanted to make sure this staff knows how impressive they were and that we appreciate them!

I really like Jersey Mike’s usually but lately the Frankfort Jersey Mike’s had been nothing but disappointing. The older guy with the beard that works there acts like a customer walking in the door is such a bother. He is unfriendly, huffy, and rude. Then is crispy bacon too much to ask for? Who eats a BLT with half cooked bacon? By the time I picked all the uncooked parts off I maybe had 1/4 of my sandwich left. I think I’ll just start going to the Georgetown Jersey Mike’s instead. They are so friendly and don’t mind one bit to look for the crispy bacon for my sandwich.

I don’t know where they find their employees — but the people who work here are spectacular. So notable I am submitting this review. They greet you immediately and are so professional and kind. Have been here ~7 times. Perfection from every angle.

I’ve came in three different times. My wife has a dairy allergy because of our baby where she breast-feeds and Sometimes it’s hard to order trying to figure that out, but Every time I’m in there, all of the employees are super nice about it because I know it can be a little picky. Tonight I came in around 6:45 I don’t remember the ladies name that was at the cash register, and the woman cooking, but both of them were super nice. By far, the most polite employees of any restaurant in Frankfort. Thank you guys

I had to order via DoorDash because Kroger’s salad maker doesn’t wear hair nets (lets leave that there) and I wanted fresh and figured I’d take a gamble at a place I’ve never eaten at. I ordered their Club Sub. They got it put together fast. This was the best Sub I have ever had. Good flavor, not boring, doesn’t fall apart in your hand and I’m so glad Kroger’s salad failed so miserably. This will be a regular for me. That sauce!

Honestly wasn’t blown away by the first sandwich I ordered. I then had Michael have his way with my sub and I’ve never at a better sandwich. If you go here you will be astonished by just how perfected Mike’s craft is. 5 stars across the board thank to Michael’s input at this establishment
