Always fresh and delicious subs here. The meat is cute fresh for each sandwich and they aren’t skimpy with their meat. Jersey mike’s is my favorite place to get a sub. The staff here is really friendly which makes a big difference.

This is the best location in the Louisville area, I’m convinced! Their service is incredible every single time I go and I’ve never had an issue with an inaccurate order when I’ve picked up an online order. They are just over the top awesome, even during huge rushes. This spot gets PACKED during lunch time so be ready to either wait in line to order or not be able to find a seat if you catch them at the wrong time. If you do hit a sweet spot, you can order, get your food, and find a clean table pretty easily since they have ample seating in this location. I usually don’t like paying for a sandwich (my motto: if I can make it at home, I don’t want to pay for it), but Jersey Mike’s just has the right quality ingredients to make it worth it. My favorite sandwich right now is the club with honey mustard. Too good! Thanks for having the best sandwich spot near my job!

Food is always great, as long as you keep an eye on them while they are making it. Staff seems “high” the last couple of times I’ve went in. I keep having to remind them of what I want, straight from the menu???? nothing different. What kind of bread, Mike’s way, red pepper relish, Mayo, bacon….etc. otherwise, the sandwichs are always great, my favorite over any other sandwich shop!!!

This place is nice with an awesome vibe. Absolutely amazing! The service was speedy and staff are super friendly. We went for dinner and the food was delicious. Fresh bread, tuna and veggies, absolutely delicious! The place was clean. Everything about this restaurant was great. I highly recommend it!!!

Guy with toboggan working there tonight was very rude to an elderly couple who paid a few dollars with change. Cussed them as soon as they left right in front of me. Finally ordered my sandwich a few minutes later and said add mayo. He then says you can ask for that stuff later I can’t remember all that in a very condescending tone. I say you can’t remember to add mayo? Love jersey mikes and know it’s hard to find good help but one of the worst customer service attitudes I’ve seen anywhere.

The food here is excellent when it’s made correctly. Don’t order online and think that you can go in and pick up. It won’t be ready. I stood and waited for 20 minutes for my order that they made right in front of me in three minutes. I would’ve been better off going in and ordering. And after all that, the sun in a tub was made incorrectly.

Great tasting food served quickly by knowledgeable and friendly workers. Ample inside seating, although it can be crowded at lunch time. Easy access from Shelbyville Road with plenty of parking to the side of the building. Clean store with good lighting.
