I recieved an advertisment at 11:30 TODAY for a Collierville special ( see picture) on facebook for a 2 for 1 sub deal at JERSEY”rip you off and lie to you” MIKES subs at 1090 West Poplar in Collierville. I TOLD thrm when I ordered that I wanted the special and showed them the add I got 3 hours ago. At the register I was told the special was for CORDOVA and expired yesterday. The ad clearly says COLLIERVILLE location, see the picture. NEVER GOING BACK TO JERSEY MIKES. GOING TO STICK WITH JIMMY JOHNS AS THEY BACK UP THE ADVERTISMENTS THEY POST. AND THE MANAGER HAD AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. NOT GOING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. UPDATE 7-22025. NO CONTACT OR REPLY FROM JERK OFF MIKES. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. BEWARE.

I have only done takeout so I can’t rate the atmosphere, but Jersey Mike’s has some of the best quick and easy sandwiches around! I love to get my sandwiches on their Rosemary + Parmesan Bread, it is seriously SO GOOD!!

Can’t judge atmosphere because we just do takeout. But the sandwich here are some of the best in the biz! My wife loves the mushroom steak Philly. It’s the bomb! I get the classic but the meat is shaved just right, toppings are fresh and the bread is delicious. Super quick ordering on app and pickup. Just wish they had a drive up window at this location. Will repeat ordering often.

I did an online order when I arrived it was not ready, no big deal. I thought I would prob have to wait no longer than 10 min the most. I was wrong. I waited 35 min for my food . Their was no communication on their part when I asked about my order. One of the girls that worked there got an atude about it . Management needs to change the whole setup and how it is run. Online orders do not need to be the last one made . I noticed people who walked in and ordered were getting their food first, and the people who had online orders had to wait . It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead .

First…I don’t know how they got a 4 stars because they are the worse. They make their sandwiches on the bare counter top… instead of putting people sandwiches on the wrapper and making it which is totally disgusting Too much cross contamination. Also, they are very rude, when people enter your establishment, they should always speak. These employees just be looking into your face without saying anything, like how can I help you or thanks for coming to the establishment. I promise never again will I ever go back…just horrible

I’m writing this “complaint” due to recent repeated order accuracy issues. When this store initially opened, the staff was on their game. Orders were fresh, accurate, and served with a smile. Over my last 3 orders this location has been on par with a mcdonalds, wendys, or burger king. Sandwiches were slopply made, missing ingredients, etc. This last one was especially comical. 2 Turkey Clubs ordered identically but prepared with different toppings, one missing the bacon that makes it a “club.” The “icing on the cake” is the accurate order ticket attached to the bag at pickup, sealed with an inacruate order inside. Folks, these are nearly $20 sandiwches… this isn’t a $1 burger or a $5 footlong. Your customers expect to receive an ACCURATE and COMPLETE order, especialy when it’s been placed online and the staff has attached an accurate order ticket to an (inaccurate) order bag. I find it very frustrating that I have to take to an online complaint form to bring this to the attention of management, since the local store management seems to be unfit for their job or lacking desire to actually do their job. Do I have to not order online moving forward and actually directly supervise the employee making my sandwich (like a child) to ensure that I get what I ordered and am paying for? This is seriously unacceptable and pathetic.

One more chance guys! Great product but only when I go to the location. When we order delivery from many of the location near us it is wrong every time. We don’t like our cold sandwiches drenched in vinegar! We only order Mayo. So ours came tonight with both, even though I specifically order without oil and vinegar. I will always go in person. One more shot for delivery!!!

I had a long day at work and was craving something quick and delicious. I’m not a big fan of jersey mikes because i had an awful experience the first time I tried them and I swore I would never try it again but Kennedy and tahari convinced me otherwise. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome and made my experience by far the best I’ve ever had at any food establishment I’ve ever been . . . Please go see them and watch them make a sandwich to die for.

My order was wrong today even tho I specifically told them what I wanted on them and the lady wrote them down. Also the employees are super rude to each other and also to the customers and talk smack about other customers in front of other customers specifically two employees here. this isn’t the first time i have been in and the same
Two are rude. Also today some lady was on the phone well the food was being grilled(she was cooking and on her phone I’m sure the health department would love that one
