Honestly so tired of this place. This is gross BK I ordered this “just off the broiler” thinking hmm maybe MAYBE the cheese will actually be melted if I do. Obviously, I was wrong. Not only was that not the case, the bacon was disgusting looks like it wasn’t even done, beyond chewy my dog appreciated it though the bun hard as a rock basically crumbling in my hand. Idk if people just don’t care about quality anymore or if they just straight up like to ruin things for others but yeah this was awful. I also got a 4 piece chicken fry that literally SNAPPED like seriously?! It cracked. Do better or find different jobs, dang. ♀️

Large soda had ice to the top off cup took a swig and it was empty. Couldn’t get straw to bottom of cup.

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is terrible. They have cockroaches!! It’s gross I would not eat here if I was you. And don’t even get me started on the owner! He is a sorry excuse for a human being. He know his restaurant is nasty just doesn’t care about anything but money

You know why this place is always empty? I’ll tell ya. The service is TRASH. idk who they have hired there, but it’s like they’re all just a bunch of teenagers too busy on their phones to do their JOB. There’ll be NO line in the drive thru & you’re gonna wait 10-15 minutes while they say “just a moment”. Will your order be right? Probably not. I’ve literally had 2 employees sitting at that drive thru window staring at their phones while I’m literally waiting to be helped. Hire people who actually want to work & not sit around & collect a check. Don’t even get me started on the mobile coupons & offers. Do yourself a favor & go to McDonald’s.. there’s a reason why they’re always busy & BK is like a deserted island.

This franchise is significantly better than other franchise locations operating in the area. the dining room is always clean and the food is always prepared correctly. The Burger King in East Stroudsburg is run by Carol corporation and it’s always dirty and the food sucks!

I was having a really bad night after an even worse day and needed something quick to eat — but it was late, around 10:30 PM. I knew Burger King was open, but I honestly didn’t expect much at that hour.
To my surprise, I was greeted by a woman with a kind, gentle voice who took my order (I got the number 10). When I pulled up to the window, she smiled and said, “We’re making the fries fresh, honey. It’ll just be a minute.” And as promised, no more than a minute later, she handed me my food and drink.
I expected the usual: an old sandwich, overdone fries, and a drink with too much ice — because that’s been my typical late-night fast food experience. But what I got instead was a fish sandwich that tasted like it had just been made for me, fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and perfect, and even the drink had just the right amount of ice.
It might sound strange, but that food had love in it. It genuinely lifted my spirits. I went home happier than I’d been all day, just because I stopped there.
I actually returned today and got to meet a few of the other folks who work there — and they were just as exceptional. Kind people, great service, and food that feels like it was made with care.

Ordered five varying items at the drive-thru. Two Whopper juniors, one original chicken sandwich, one chicken fry and one medium fry. Ordered all sandwiches with eliminated condiments to ensure fresh food. All five items promptly served colder than the room temperature bag they were placed in. Even if by chance this would be improbable, but this location excels at cold, old food. Never again.

Went for the Addams Family meal. Wednesday Whopper is really purple! I’m a fan! The Morticia shake was yummy. Tho hard with the straw, grab a spoon. Next time its cheesy tater tots and more yummy churros!
