First time having Jersey Mike’s and won’t be the last. Had the the #13 Original Italian Mike’s Way and the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. Both were amazing! The ingredients are fresh and Staff was very nice.

I have been anxiously waiting for them to open ever since I found out they were coming. I went on a Friday on their 3rd day of business. Line moved fast and the sub was good. I got an Italian and my husband got a cheesesteak. We loved them both.

We had been looking forward to trying out this new location in Jefferson City. We came in around 1pm and business was still strong but the line moved efficiently and quickly. We got a club sandwich and a Philly. Both were quite tasty and well prepared. The crew was friendly, looked at me while waiting on us and genuinely seemed engaged. The parking situation is a little tight, this is a busy center, but it’s not unmanageable. The dining room was full but appeared to be clean; we took our lunch home. All in all it was very good. We’ll be back!

Just tried it for the first time tonight. Sandwich was good and fresh, had #13, The Italian on wheat. The crew was very polite and attentive and restaurant was clean. I would say the space is too small if they continue the business they had tonight. And I’m a diabetic and there were only two soda choices-Diet Pepsi and unsweetened tea for the fountain drinks so I would also suggest maybe another fountain selection for diabetics. I will say the crew did allow me to exchange my fountain drink cup for a bottle of Diet Mtn Dew which she certainly didn’t have to do so I did appreciate that very much. All in all a very good meal and would visit again.

I just left this joke. I called ahead place order. I was 10 min later than the time I was given to pick up my order. Still not ready. There were 8 people working and a few disgruntled customers. I have ran a health care facility with less staff per unit with better customer service. One person did not even know how to make a sandwich. I understand a learning curve but putting ham cheese and mayo on a piece of bread is not rocket science I promise. We did not have special orders.

Best subs in the Morristown /Jeff city area hands down. Honestly they’re probably the best in the southeast, period. I’ve gone here almost every day since they opened. They make subway look like straight up garbage. The quality of the meats and cheeses is about the best you can find at a place like this. Hot cheesesteaks or cold Italian subs…best of both worlds. I delivered for Jimmy Johns about 20 yrs ago, but they don’t hold a candle to this place.

They’re OPEN!! Finally!! Was surprised at how well everything went on the first day. They were well staffed and food line kept moving. Cold subs went faster than hot subs since they didn’t need cook time.

This is our first time going to Jersey Mike’s. Will not be back. 35 dollars for to footlong subs. That crazy. We got the Rosemary Parm bread and it had little taste. Subway is way better and for more stuff on sub we only pay 22.00 With wait time and price we cannot afford this restaurant.

Very good and quick!!! I went in on my 45 min lunch break on their 2nd day of business, when I seen the line I thought maybe I should grab lunch somewhere else. Well I’m glad I didnt, they kept the line moving, slicing every meat fresh, cooked my philly fresh and had me out in time! Everybody was working hard and my sub was very good!! So happy we have another spot to eat in Jeff City!

Stood in line for 5 minutes, while customers continued to come in, with the line ending at the register and NOT ONE time did someone acknowledge anyone in the store or say, “I will be right with you,” while the online orders were fulfilled. That is just not how to keep a store open!
