I have been eating at many Jersey Mike’s for years. I have never been unhappy.
I ordered a Club Supreme. This is one of my favorite sandwiches from Jersey Mike’s. I love when the flavors hits my mouth. So delicious.
The sandwiches are cut fresh in front of you.
The service from the employees was great.
Jersey Mike’s was clean including the restrooms.

Went to Jersey Mike’s looking to order my usual club supreme, and this is what I came home with. No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, no vinaigrette, no oil, no condiments, nothing!!! Just bread, meat and cheese? If I wanted that for a sandwich I could’ve saved a lot of money somewhere else. Used to be a regular but I’ll never be coming back. What a rip off.

Had the regular size sub. It was just OK.
They don’t have an oven to heat up the sub. They put in on the grill for a minute, not the same as another sub store. The addons were minimal. Lettice, tomato, pickles & peppers.
The total was $14.20 for a sub & drink.

Tyler and his team always make us feel welcome the second we walk in. Tyler has even memorized our usual orders, which is such a nice touch. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious, and the customer service, professionalism, kindness, and cleanliness at this location are unmatched. It’s easy to see why we keep coming back!

7/10/25 approximately 3:30pm. We’re traveling and stop to eat at this location because we’ve stopped here a few times with great customer service. That is not what we got today and we’ll never go back. From the time we walked in with 2 employees in the back area, no greeting, my husband asked the guy, seemed to be training the other guy, some questions and he straight faced just gave him minimal information. This guy never smiled. His face said it all…I’m here because I have to be. I asked what size sandwiches are available and the same guy told me the regular or giant…I normally get a mini but that wasn’t offered. This guy acts like he hates his job. If you’re struggling to pay your bills as a franchisee I would recommend hiring some better people. This guy is definitely not who you want training someone. By the time we left he was sitting at a table on his phone. The sandwiches weren’t great either. He might need some more training. If I could give zero stars I would.

Whoever the guy was working at 5:30ish today made the best sandwich I’ve ever had at a Jersey Mikes. It was perfect. This location is out of the way for me but I’ll definitely come here again soon

Never had a bad experience with jersey mikes. Highly Highly recommend jersey mikes if your looking for a sub,with fresh toppings,and freshly sliced meat.

What an amazing experience from the lady working this evening. She’s ALL smiles. What a great employee!!! I would kill for this level of dedication at my job. She needs a raise because we will be back and disappointed if she’s not her chipper self! Bravo!!!!!
