Went this am on 2/3/2026, and let me tell you. Chelsea and the 2 other ladies in there were So Professional, Courteous and Hospitable. While waiting for my 2 sandwiches, turkey sub and a chicken Khahunah, I was able to visibly see the cleanliness, attention to detail and making the Absolute Perfect sandwiches. The harmony was felt amongst them and the Absolute Flow is to be imitated by other restaurants. I will Absolutely go back. Thank you ladies.

This is my Sandwich Shop. It’s got my favorite subs and people who work here. The manager Chelsea knows my Friend and I whenever we come in and nearly knows our orders. Which is great because we are usually running to open our Arcade. They are friendly and fast.

Now that’s usually, today (4/15) was a bit different. Today was super busy and they look like they are running only 3 of their usually 5. But one guy, Eric, he was moving! He may be wearing a boot, but was flying around that back counter. He was taking orders, making subs both hot and cold, and by the look of it, training two newbies. Beyond all the slow downs and hiccups, he was able to slings subs out as fast as he could and the all the online orders that were coming in from the church lunch rush.

I don’t write reviews, I just patron the places I love and get to know the workers. Eric is amazing, and Chelsea is awesome! And these two hard workers deserve the best for all they do. Invest in them and more people will see the quality of the workers and the food.

I placed an online order for two subs on January 11, 2026. After arriving before the scheduled pickup time, I waited more than 20 minutes past that time, was told the order was about to be started, and then informed it would be another 15+ minutes. We had no choice but to leave. I was told the order would be canceled and refunded.

That refund has still not been processed.
I followed up on January 17 using the email address associated with this location and received no response. I contacted the store again on January 28, provided all required information, and was assured the refund would be handled. As of February 8, 2026, there has been no refund and no communication.

Delays during a lunch rush are understandable. Failing to issue a refund for food that was never made, after nearly a month and multiple follow-ups, is not. This reflects poor customer service and inadequate handling of online orders during busy periods.

Close your stores in Huntsville! Every location I’ve been to in Huntsville is the same. Your customer service is none existent. Your quality continues to go down hill. Can’t get an order right and when I try to correct what is wrong I get attitude from the employee and they turn the slicing machine to ultra thin. $18 for this. This just happened in the Madison location. Taking my business to anywhere else. And believe me, I will spread the word.

Jersey Mikes used to be the sandwich shop, but last night was just the worst experience. I walked in and was the only customer and placed my order. Before the sever started making my sandwich 3 more customers walked in and the server took their orders and proceeded to make all 4 sandwiches at the same time — which meant I had to wait 15 minutes to get my sandwich. My sandwich was a simple roast beef. The other 3 sandwiches were complicated and required a variety of meats to be cut. When I asked why I was having to wait to get my sandwich made, the server got snotty with me and told me I wasn’t have to wait at all — the facts being he created the other 3 sandwiches before creating mine, so yes I had to wait unnecessarily. I could see making the other 3 sandwiches together as they were so similar but mine being the odd one out it should have been made and got me out the door.
And there was no need to get snotty with me. I won’t being going back — Firehouse is just down the street I’ll be going there from now on.

I’m a fan of Jersey Mike’s. I love the sandwiches. I’m leaving a review because the service I got here was outstanding. Everyone who was working when me and my buddy came in was smiling. There was a lot of attention to detail and focus when they made my sandwich. They were cheerful and tried to get us to try the pickle relish. It was a refreshing lunch and I will absolutely be back — we left happy and full of sandwiches. Give this place s shot!

Came to this location visiting from out of town, and the staff were very friendly, store is clean, and my sandwich was made amazingly. If you like cold subs, I recommend adding their pickled relish and bacon!

Ordered door dash last night from Jersey Mike’s on Hwy20 near Publix. Something just wasn’t right from the beginning. 45 minutes into the order and nothing had left the store yet. Called the store and no answer. Messaged the delivery driver who said they were just starting to make the order. After almost 1 hour and 15 mins, it was delivered, one sandwich. I opened the package and noticed it was a complete mess. Someone cot the bread really thin on the bottom and it broke apart. The proteins were all wrong and there was no bacon nor turkey on the sandwich. I called the store and told the person. She said sorry. Requested a refund and was told the manager was gone. So I tossed it in the trash bc it’s inedible. No one has called me back so I chose to post here. My message is this place is delivering train wrecks. So buyer beware.

Update 2/24: I pick up at this location often. The subs are always fresh and delicious. Always made quickly. The best chain subs you can get in town.

This is the first time I’ve had Jersey Mike’s at any location and I’ve got to say, this is one awesome sub!

I ordered the italian. This thing was delicious. Definitely one of the most qualitiy subs I’ve ever had.

The staff was working really hard. They were either swamped or just a bit understaffed but they were doing great. Definitely would love to eat another sub from here again!
