These folks are on the ball. Super fast and very friendly service in one of the cleanest quick service restaurants I’ve been to. The new Mike’s hot Italian was good and I would put their cheesesteak sandwiches up against anybody.

This location is right in front of my house and we love the subs but the service is absolutely awful every single time. There is a particular lady that has worked there since they’ve opened and she makes you feel like you are bothering her by walking in the store. Last night my husband ordered a sub for him and our son and while she was making one of the subs he tried to politely let her know that he wanted to add a third sub. She interrupted him and said in a super rude tone “wait im already making this sub so now you want me to change it? ” I wouldn’t leave a review if it was just this once because everyone is entitled to a bad day but its literally every time we’re there. Its a running joke in my family.

No issues here for me ordering 5 sandwich meals to go. Sandwiches were good. Order was correct. It was ready by the time I came in. I politely greeted with a hello from one of the employeess and told me to have a nice day on my way out the door. For all thenother reviews I have read, I think it maybe depends on what kind of day it is and who is working behind the counter. For me today, positive experience and so positive feedback. Thanks JM! I was just at Jersey’s Mike on 17790 Aprille Drive. I had a taste for a good Philly Cheese steak and I said to myself, I’m going to stop in and get it and I was warmly greeted by Alex, and her fellow co-workers.
She took my order and when I tell you she understood the assignment, she didn’t miss, that sub was absolutely delicious, to the point I had to call the store and tell her, she did that, Alex u can always make my dub any day. I hit every one of my taste bud, sorry the paper and napkins, says Everything. Thank you Alex for understanding the assignment and being the warm, smiley person u are, I can’t wait to come back

Every time I order ahead (online) they are late in finishing the order, which is crazy cus the sandwiches are always missing ingredients and give: someone rushed putting it together.

I have been to Jersey Mike’s many a time however this one is near my primary residence and therefore is my favorite location. The food and staff are always great. The lone complaint is that Mike is never there. I suppose he could be up in Jersey but I guess no one really goes there to see Mike. It’s his Subs that bring in the crowds. Sometimes I wonder if Mike wishes people valued his companionship rather than just his sandwiches. Life sure is funny that way.

Staff has always been friendly when we visit however, we noticed this time it was dead silent when we came in. The tv was gone, and there was no music. If you enjoy eating lunch in complete silence, this may be the place for you.

Daya greeted me right away and explained to me the menu since I’ve never been here before. She was extremely helpful and had a good attitude the whole time. The food was great as well, Jersey mikes just earned a new regular!

Worst service ever. Don’t even bother.
I can understand being frustrated when someone comes in 20 min before you close. They have equipment they have to break down. But it’s still open, and I don’t eat meat so I don’t have a lot of options. Daya was absolutely disrespectful from the moment she took the order. Interrupted me to tell me to give toppings at the end. Okay no problem. After making the hot sub, the guy in the back wrapped it up. When I asked to add toppings, she thought it was super imperative to tell me to give toppings at the beginning. Get it together.
Besides that, spending the entire 15 minutes I waited talking to a customer about interviewing for his company because you hate slinging sandwiches so much is wildly unprofessional. We all hate work. Grow up.
For someone that’s worked there for two years to openly brag to a customer about being proud of how rude she is to other customers is wild. I’m two feet from you, I have ears?

Food is usually fresh and good when you order in person. For delivery orders, orders are frequently incorrect. For example, order wheat bread and get white bread. Order no mayo and it has mayo, order diet Pepsi and get Pepsi, need I go on…So I would suggest eating in person if you care about order accuracy.
