Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had.
Food is mid, the services were awful, took possibly 35 minutes for my order to finally be made.

This location is going down the drain fast! The people they have working there now are rude and are getting my order wrong every time. When you try to correct them they get defensive and try to blame the customer for their mistakes. It happened to me 3 times in a row now. I no longer go to this location. My advice to everyone, find another location!!!!

Ordered through uber eats and they forgot one of our sandwiches and this location OFFERED to make a new sandwich and deliver it themselves to us. They also gave us discount cards. I’ve never felt so taken care of. The team member who took the call was Travis I believe and he was so patient with us. Thank you all!

This review is for Jersey Mike’s in general. They do have good food but costs are high in my opinion and portions have decreased in recent years. If they would bring the portions back up, namely for steak and cheese I wouldn’t feel like it’s a pain in the wallet as much.

The gluten free bun will NOT bring me back – it was dry and falling apart. The owner should check with the Jersey Mike’s in Costa Mesa to order their bread – it’s phenomenal! Also, I was not happy about sandwiches being wrapped by the cash register with every customer breathing on them. At least in this photo the customers were masked, the 3 before them were not. I had plenty of time to see this happening consistently because I ordered through Postmates and they said the order was ready when in fact it was another 15 minutes, but it was a busy Friday lunch. On the bright side, there was enough cheese on this sandwich to eat for a week
