Associate close the grill 30 minutes before closing and give the customer no choice to purchase a cold subs. That’s not right for the customer, and definitely not good for business and the company brand, they just ready to go home and not serving the customer the way they supposed to.

This is my first time in this place. The sandwich creators were so helpful, friendly, fun to talk to. The air conditioner was out in the store, and these guys had to be dyeing back there but they were all smiles. They made me a most delicious sandwich. Then gave us discount cards for when we are back this way. Great guys, great place!!!
They even let us take table and chairs outside to eat in comfort.

I’ve been hearing about Jersey Mike’s for a few years now finally went into one. Wow the place is spotless, clean bright, smiling, cheerful stuff and the Philly cheesesteak. The best I have ever had my friends ordered various sandwiches. They said it was the best they ever had Jersey Mike’s you want me over? I’ll be seeing you at least five days a week. Keep up the good work. It’s phenomenal.

I love jersey Mike’s, first bad sub,roll had a bad taste, employees coming back from break, never washed hands, put gloves on with none washed hands. One employee had one glove, sandwich was sloppy. Just disappointed!

I ordered 2 large subs this evening. I asked specifically about the amount of meat they use. I’ve been there before and it was great. Tonight, I wanted to make sure there was plenty. I would have ordered double meat. My order was an 11 large with Mayo, no onions. And a 13 with everything. On the 11, was 1 (one slice of ham & 1 (one) slice of salami with cheese. But they added oil & vinegar! Yuck! On the 13, there was absolutely no onions, lettuce or tomatoes! It cost me $37. This is a disgrace! Especially when I had already discussed the meat & how much you pay for great sandwiches! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I called them after I got home… the excuse was, “we’re training people and we’re not sure how much business we’re getting” we’ll if you continue to make sandwiches like that, you won’t have any business left.

The subs are amazing but the menu prices are very expensive. We paid around $50 for two chicken and cheese subs and were worth paying for. I like the texture of what I was eating but it felt as if I burned the inside of my mouth, but the food wasn’t over cooked. The quality of my sub was perfect, but I wish they would cut down the prices of their food.
