I had the pleasure of visiting Jersey Mike’s Subs here in Lakeland, Florida and I have to say — Helena, Cia, and Kaila (new hire) completely blew me away with their professionalism, class, and energy. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, organized, and full of pride in what they do.

These three ladies didn’t just make a sandwich… they crafted a TRUE Philly hoagie experience with precision, teamwork, and genuine customer care. Every step — from greeting, preparation, and presentation — showed elite-level service that represents the brand at the highest standard.

Helena’s leadership presence, Cia’s attention to detail, and Kaila’s impressive confidence as a new hire created a perfect example of what world-class hospitality looks like. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the food and the way customers are treated.

Corporate leadership — if you’re reading this — please recognize this team. They are the definition of professionalism, positivity, and excellence, and they made this visit unforgettable. Lakeland is lucky to have them!

I will definitely be back — not just for the amazing hoagies, but for the incredible people behind the counter.

We have been going to this Jersey Mike’s (on Harden Blvd, in Lakeland, since it opened. The roast beef is to die for! But the best thing about this one are the workers the young ladies that work there! We are greeted enthusiastically, they are very friendly, are extremely cooperative about putting the things that we ask for on the side and they make GREAT sandwiches! Several times, we have gotten giant roast beef sandwiches & take half of them home. We love this Jersey Mike’s & look forward to seeing “our friends” again!

We visit Jersey Mikes often while traveling up and down the East Coast. The food was absolutely amazing, the staff were friendly and provided directions when asked. The store looked and smelled very clean. Highly recommend

Came in around 2pm today. Younger, thin women made my sandwich very sloppy and had no customer service skills. The Entire time she was making my sandwich she was talking to other employees about charging her phone and stopping what she was doing just to talk, holding me up for no reason. So slow and I was the only customer there at the time. Rude demeanor. Got home to split sandwich with my husband and it was a big soggy mess.

We love these subs, but the last 3 times we ordered the messed up everything.. wrong bread included tomato when asked for no tomato and no tomato when we asked for them. Going to chose either firehouse or Wawa from now on

Jersey Mikes is completely underrated. At least, in the circles I run in it is and it deserves a lot more appreciation.

The thing I love about Mikes is when you get a cold sandwich, they slice the deli meat and cheese as they’re making the sub so it’s super fresh, and it tastes like it. Having it Mikes way (with salt & pepper, oil, vinegar, etc) also is elite. I don’t know what it is about the vinegar addition, but it is so freaking good.

If you like hot subs, they have a lot of good options for those too. My family loves getting the buffalo chicken sub and it’s pretty darn tasty. But I love the cold italian sub so much I would have a hard time getting anything else.

This Harden location in Lakeland is always on point. The workers are always beyond nice and it’s pleasant coming here.

Was there today and my order was not made. Waited in line to pay for my wife and my sandwich and my philly was not even on the grill. Completely dropped the ball. Followed by a fake apology. 6 people behind the counter. Will not spend any of my money here again.

Do not come to this location within two hours of closing!!!! I have had really good experience during the day but as soon as I go for dinner, they have such a bad attitude and feel like they need to rush even though you are the only one there ordering food. I ordered my sandwich and clearly said mikes way but no onions or tomatoes, and the lady point blank ignored what I was saying and put on onions, then I told her that I said no onion and she huffed as if I was asking her to to hold a brick over her head while making my sandwich. Then I asked if I could get extra pickles, mayo and mustard. Which again she ignores 2 out of the 3 items I requested. She only put mayo on it and started wrapping it up. So I ask politely for pickles on the side since she didn’t put them on the sandwich. Which again she huffed. Then I also asked for mustard packets since she also forgot that. She throws everything in the bag like it was baseball and she was pitching. And then was very rude throughout the whole checkout process. Not to mention she was the only one working the floor while her other coworkers were all chit chatting doing nothing to help in the back. Things being missing from my sandwich is a big reason I do not order online at this location anymore, as this has happen several times. And just to reemphasize DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION TOWARDS THE END OF THE DAY!!!!

Rude, Rude employees with major attitude! The woman who was working on the slicer this afternoon seems to have a real issue with certain people. I got the veggie sub Mkes way. One of the slices of cheese had meat crumbs on it so I asked for it to be removed. No problem however the girl making my sub put so much oil and vinegar on my sandwich it was almost not edible. I wasn’t dare going to ask miss attitude to remake my sandwich. We paid 40.00 for three regular sandwiches wow should have just gone to the deli at Publix at least they’re polite.

Haven’t been here in years, now I remember why …very unorganized, slowww service. They need different staff servicing the people in the store and designated staff for pick ups. My sandwich literally had 3 mushrooms on it and nothing like the picture.
