Joe, Salo, and Justin- give these 3 employees a raise! They were attentive, pleasant, and responsive working together calmly and with a good efficient flow-the facility was clean! I watched as they wiped and cleaned areas in between preparing sandwiches. They had proper food handling. And on top of it all, Justin made the best Philly Cheesesteak I’ve had in a while out of Jersey Mike’s! It was perfect! Short wait time. Overall impressed. Highly recommend this location.

I just want to say I will never come to this location. I get jersey mikes every week for myself or for my family. I always order a #8 subsitute the ham with salami. This location made a big deal about they will have to charge me for extra meat, when I’m substituting, Instead of ham I want salami. I ordered this sandwich at every other Jersey Mike’s with no issue and I go to different locations. This specific location was trying to rip me off by trying to add an extra price for extra meat due to not wanting to honor a substitution. I didn’t ask for extra meat on top of the meat on the sandwich I ask for you to take the meat off and substitute it with another meat. I spoke to Blake who insisted he is the general manager and he claims the rules have changed no Substitutions for any sandwich they will have to charge $$ for extra meat if you wanna take off any meat on a sandwich and replace it with another meat . I asked him since when has that rule changed because I always eat Jersey Mike’s and I went to this location The week before in ordered from this location and had no issues with the same exact sandwich that I always order. Blake couldn’t give me a straight up answer he was like I don’t know when the rules change. I don’t know maybe a long time ago and I told him I was just here and I always ordered the same sandwich.he still wanted to add for the sandwich, extra meat price. I walked out and this location will never get me or my family or friends business again.

The absolute worst Jersey mikes location in Wesley Chapel. The cook first gave me a sandwich with one small piece of green pepper after I asked for bell peppersssss(plural). I then asked for it be remade the correct way. The cook proceeded to throw the onions and bell peppers on the grill for 15 seconds and put it on the sandwich bread. Those were the crunchiest peppers I ever ate in my life and the meat was undercooked. When I spoke to the manager she defended it. The employees Customer service is poor and they need to hire people who can cook.

This is my FAVORITE Philly cheese steak sandwich place. It’s ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Service has always been GREAT but the best server so far was Rickie. He’s AWESOME.
