I appreciate the team at this store! The Customer service is always welcoming and they are quick to take care of you. This is a complaint about portion sizes. Jersey Mikes your prices keep rising, while your portion sizes decrease. Do better. The fact that I feel like I need to purchase your double meat $3 add-on to get close to the old portion sizes, is not going to keep me coming back! Again, your team is fantastic.

What a pleasant experience last night. Went in with my family to dine in, and I have to say it was so nice and refreshing to have smiling faces and a warm welcome from the staff. The subs were made to perfection and the passion for customer service showed. The team members there tonight work well together, and I want to thank Ang, Tae and Jasen for making our night. We left with a great feeling and perfectly satisfied tummies. This location is great!

Very friendly staff, high quality food and service. I came in at the lunch hour and received fast friendly clean an overall good service, the staff behind the counter addressed multiple customers and noted personal effects and added a nice extra touch to the environment. The food is top quality for a sub shop, they cut all their own meats and the vegetables were Chrisp, the bread was fresh and the service was friendly, overall it was a good visit and I believe I’ll be back, the parking lot was easily accessible and the store was easy to find from the main road.

Honestly, can’t say enough about Jersey Mike’s. Made fresh, quick, always delish. My 2 favorites Big Kahuna and Italian Club. Keep your points for free food is great! Look for double points day, genius.

Do not get an online order from this location. Today was the fourth time we got a pick up order and there was barely any meat and all bread minus the tomato and mayonnaise.
There was only about 70% meat covering the bread and very thin… more like a tomato and mayonnaise sandwich. This has happened each time I’ve ordered online, I know everyone’s raised their prices but to cut that low for jerseys is surprising being a customer for years. They always gave you a really good
hardy sub that you paid 21 for. If you go in person, you never get gypped like that unless it’s a hot sub so ordering inside with a cold sub it’s really the only way to go. The two gentlemen working were very nice. Very timely on order:) Everything else
