Quality of the food is great. Portions on the other hand need to match the prices. And maybe either block guests from seeing their food prepared or lay down some paper on the counter. But don’t put our food on top of the receipts you just printed. Almost didn’t buy but I know the sandwiches are good quality. Turkey sandwich is from Jersey mikes and other is from ocean deli for the same price and it’s in South beach. But again! Jersey mikes subs are great. Just make us feel like we’re getting our moneys worth.

I have had many good experiences at this jersey Mike’s location specifically. The hiring process was done very well due to all of the employees being very kind and helpful. I want to make a special notice for an employee by the name of Daphne, her customer service is exceptional and she always goes a little above and beyond each time I visit. She’s the best!

I literally just went to this location for the first time and the level of incompetence and unprofessional is bad. When they took my order i told two different employees to put lettuce,tomatoes,onions etc plus one employee wrote it down and they still forgot to put any condiments on both subs i ordered, the subs where so terribly made dry tasteless just horrible how they asked me twice what i wanted on the sub and still didn’t put anything. It wasn’t that busy but the employees where talking amoung each other about stupidity while everyone else in line got their condiments on their orders.
Just check out the recent photo i posted to see the sub they gave i had to give it to my dog it was that inedible definitely won’t be going to that location anymore oh and to top it the girl handed me the subs i had to ask to put it in the bag….!

Just saw a video on YouTube on how the portions have shrunk! Much less meats in the sandwich.
Not nearly worth what they charge. Better off going to a sit down restaurant for a Lille more .

Called to inquire about a jerseys Mike’s sub and Keisha patiently answered all of my questions and even asked when i wanted to order so she could make sure the order is made perfectly which is rare nowadays and exemplary of providing premier customer service! I don’t have photos. I was very hungry. I have never tasted such a great sandwich, the bread was soft but a little moist with oil and vinegar and whatever spread you put. The cheese felt fresh plus the turkey. I got a turkey sandwich. I can’t put it into words but the flavor was something different. I will be back on Saturday to try something else.

Don’t waste your time on their steak sub. I bought the GIANT. The only thing Giant was the bread and the bill. The small amount of meat was way, way over cooked. Left it on high, and threw chese on it.
I opened it and 2 inches on both ends I cut off. There was no meat at the ends. They use to call it “Hollywood stacking”. Load up the middle and shorth the ends making people think three is allot of meat when they open it. Haha. Not impressed. So imagine cutting off 4 inches of this sub. What a joke. Business is trying to get cheap and charge more. Exchange the guy who made it with someone with a brain. Put 2x the meat and make use of the entire roll. Not scaming the customers. Dont over cook the meat until it’s dried out, and you are on your way to honest business and a good sub.
Some people have Never eaten real philly subs, so this leather tasting meat might be all they know. Old School, says No Dice.

I’ve never had my order so messed up, asked for no onions and peppers on the cheese steak and onions and pepper were on half the sub, asked for gluten free bread cause my mom is ALLERGIC her sub didn’t have gluten free bread and they put bacon on her sub instead of my dad’s. Like I honestly have no clue who could mess up THIS badly
