I’ve eaten at JM for years, but hands down had the best sub of my life at this location today. The employee Hunter did it all from cutting the bread to wrapping it up and it was 10/10. The prices are also lower than other locations. So good I’d drive past other locations to come back to this one.

Always great service at the Hunters Creek location but I was especially proud of how they handled a situation with a very rude customer. While peacefully eating my sub a man came in ordering a giant with double meat and cheese. He even asked for add one such as bacon. When cashing the guy out he started getting aggressive and demanding that sub for free. He even stated you all must not know DJ Manny. To be honest it was kind of comical. I don’t think anyone knows DJ Manny. However, the staff handled the situation with exceptional patience and professionalism.

Jersey Mike’s hunters creek has the best staff always making a sandwich perfect and just right. The put such pride in making it to your satisfaction. The manager is awesome and the team follows leadership meeting the highest expectations . I highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s location considering the location closest to me is not the same quality.

This place was always clean ,don’t know what changed. It was very dirty today. I almost turned around and walked away. Bacon was sitting burning, messes everywhere, even by the hand soap. While in line waiting I hear the Manager ask an employee what he was doing? while the employee was enjoying a meal. Then followed by saying I thought you clocked in you don’t want to clock in early it’s busy we need help (but rudely) the employee responded it’s not busy (which it wasn’t) then the employee clocks in I felt so bad for him. Seeing this just messed up my whole mood cause the kid went from enjoying his meal to looking so sad. Yeah I wont be returning here.

A shout out to Jason. He took the initiative to clean off the grill for me so that I could have a hot sandwich. I have a really bad allergy to mushrooms and I really appreciated him taking the time to do that.. All the boys that were working really were very polite 100% will go again.
