This was one of the BEST arepa I have had in DFW! I got the pelua (beef) and it was delicious! Portion was very generous! I didn’t even need a side, even though I was quite hungry. I also tried their version of peach tea; the gentleman said it was sweet and very popular drink back home. While it was sweet, it was not overwhelming so; I’ve had several restaurants’ sweet tea that was much sweeter (I can’t even drink it). Overall was a GREAT experience and I certainly plan to go back!!

I had an amazing experience at this Venezuelan restaurant! The service was truly excellenteveryone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was beautiful as well; the restaurant is thoughtfully designed and creates such a welcoming vibe.
The food was delicious! Their tequeños re perfectly made crispy on the outside and filled with warm, melty cheese. But my absolute favorite was the crispy chicken. It was cooked to perfection with great flavor and the perfect crunch. Their empanadas with shredded beef were very tasty.
Highly recommend! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.

We ordered the roasted chicken and it was sooo good! Everything at Arepas by Perla tastes super fresh and homemade. The seasoning and flavor were on point. The service was fast, everyone was really nice. Totally recommend the roasted chicken. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was so good! Loved the fried arepa and especially the empanadas. The fried yuca was so fluffy and perfect with chimichurri. We also really liked the passion fruit juice. Portions were great, we were stuffed! Thanks for explaining everything to us!

We had the empanadas, the plantains, and some of the best passion fruit juice I’ve ever tasted. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The service was warm and friendly, and the whole experience just felt joyful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Delicious food!!! We ordered chicken with rice, beans, plantains, yuca… Arepa with Reina Pepiada, cheese empanadas, beef empanadas, cheese tequeños, cheese & plantain tequeños, nutella tequeños, chocolate marquesa, and a tea . Wow everything was amazing. Also the service, Yuly and Yesica were very nice and friendly!!! Best Venezuelan place. Super kids friendly, we lovee this, they have a chalk wall, small table and chairs for kids. Also the place is very clean, the restrooms were very clean, very pretty the decoration… We celebrated mother’s day here and was the best decision!! We are coming back!!! (I wish I had taken pictures of everything we ate)
