I am from out of town and love getting the sub in a tub. I didn’t see it on the menu(maybe my mistake) but Vanessa was very friendly and helpful when ordering. I appreciated her help with my young daughters’ ordering as well, she was very kind. The store was clean and food was fresh and service was fast. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had dinner here during the $5 after 5 p.m. promotion, so the staff was very busy and there were a lot of customers. My boyfriend uses a wheelchair, and one customer kindly made space for him in line so he could order, which we really appreciated.

Our food took about 20 minutes to be ready. The subs tasted okay at first, but unfortunately we both ended up with severe food poisoning afterward—vomiting, intense diarrhea, stomach acid, and gas. We were extremely sick. Something was clearly wrong, whether it was the bread, cheese, or how the meats were stored or handled.

Whatever the cause, the food safety at this location seriously needs to be checked. This experience made us very sick, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Went into jersey Mike’s to donate to the special Olympics…was told the day before when I was in about the donation. how you donate 5$ you get a coupon for 1 free reg sub…was to this by a employee…said if you donate $…20$ yull get 4..no limit…went in today and was denied by (Owen) that… its not like that. you have to buy 1 sub to donate for 1 sub….I was like who cares if I donate and get 100 a donation is a donation…terrible wont be back to this location that don’t keep thier words or want the donation

This location is conveniently located in a strip mall. The people are very friendly and helpful. They are Happy to customize your sandwich. I was surprised to learn they don’t use a toaster for hot subs. They use a flat grill surface. I think this gives the sandwich a fuller flavor. I ordered my #2 Giant Sub on the Rosemary Parm Bread. I found the seasoned bread enhances the Italian Taste. It was Delicious. Thank You for taking Your time to read my review Have a Great Day

I always order the 13. Being from Pittsburgh it is the closest I have ever had to a true Italian hoagie. I think they are the only ones that put prosciutto on it. It gives more depth to the taste. Love it

I will say this, i have never been so disappointed to go to a Jersey Mikes and was told they ran out of bread. I have been a jersey Mike customer since 1987, and have an active account, and never experienced a sandwich store that did not have bread. The employee offered to make a cheesesteak in a bowl, or on cut off scraps of bread. Unbelievable. I guess i will be heading to Jimmy Johns next.

Horrible service. Horrible employees. Won’t go here again. Called for order adjustment. No one picked up for 10 calls. Someone finally picked up and yelled at me that the order was already made and I should’ve called earlier. Not to mention my turkey sub arrived as just turkey and pickle slices on a bag. No bread, no cheese, no mayonnaise. Nothing.

As a young man I had the pleasure of eating at the original sub shop in Pt. Pleasant NJ. As a franchise they got it right, it is still the best subs on the planet and just like the original. Can NEVER go wrong with Jersey Mike’s. I love it Mike’s Way.

Update: Still the Best!

Asked how much a giant sub cost and he said 20.00 and because I reacted to the price he snapped and got defensive about it .I was just a little surprised I hadn’t been there before and it looked like a 12 inch piece of bread I didn’t know .I got a regular steak n cheese it was very good but I will go elsewhere because of his attitude
