Bre was amazing friendly, patient, and really took care in preparing my order. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it truly shows in the quality and service. I’ve reviewed before but I’m back to brag on the manager at this location. She is absolutely incredible. Always the best service, the first to fix any issues and makes an AMAZING salad! I’ll drive all the way across town to come to this jersey mikes. Go see BRE (Biarritzica) for the best sandwiches and salads!

Worst staff ever. My family ate here every week until today. Ordered on Jersey Mikes app and had food delivered as normal. A sandwich was missing and the “lead” (no manager on duty) basically told me that it’s not her problem. So with no resolution, my money has been stolen and i have been told to “google the corporate number”.

My first time ever visiting this location was tonight after 8:00. I have been in F&B for 20 years and an owner for 12 of those. Personally I appreciate amazing service on any level of F&B but at this price point I always appreciate the people you can tell care. The crew tonight made my short 10 minutes picking up a cheese steak a better night overall which is what the goal of service is to me. The food was great. The service though was so on point and very much appreciated from this old F&B vet. I told the young women working that I was going to give them a shout out on here because of how pleasant my experience was earlier. Keep up the good work Keke, Cassidy, & Liz and thanks again for putting a smile on my face with yall’s amazing service!
