This JM is so clean and always has exceptional customer service! I walked in on a monday and it was so busy with lots of online orders they were preparing. They handled everything with grace while fulfilling orders of walkins exactly as requested and so quickly. Fantastic and impressive. The food is always fresh and delicious!

Bread baked daily and fresh sliced meat is perfect. The veggie selection is a little limited (no green pepper nor cucumber) unless you like peppers (sweet, bell and salsa type). A little pricy for just a sub.

This location was pretty busy today so service was a little slow. Definitely neutral on the customer service, wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. The sandwiches were made properly and we enjoyed them.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Ordered sandwiches for a luncheon meeting. Had to change our order from pick-up to delivery and they were delivered right on time. Sandwiches were excellent. Definitely recommend this location.

Ordered a #42 with bacon on GF bread. When I got home I opened the sandwich and it was a #43. Totally disappointed with this location. The order on the receipt even said #42 w/bacon. I will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered an Original Italian bowl Mike’s way with all the pickled items, and it was made perfectly. It was a curbside pickup, and the staff were on time, friendly, and everything was in the bag. Will definitely be back!

It’s the same issue with online ordering as a guest. The transaction was successful, and the funds were still pending, but the staff didn’t see it. I was told, “that it happens, sometimes.” So I tried again for a 2nd time, knowing what to say if they couldn’t find the order. The same employees – no order found. Now, they’re acting like the system is perfect with no issues, and that’s my misunderstanding. The employees are too young to be that nonchalant, leaving you in limbo for a damn sandwich at Jersey Mike’s.
