Walked in during lunch rush hour. The gentleman taking orders was in a long conversation with the woman in front of me and I was slightly annoyed but am patient. Saw him walk over and tell the cashier something before asking for my order. Pretty sure he was asking them to give me a military discount, so when I went to checkout they already applied it, which is amazing service. He was engaging in conversation, polite, and professional. Food was good as usual, but the service here is excellent. This location is the best I’ve visited in the area by far. Highly recommend!

Mr. Chris Meade made the visit exceptional. He was extremely friendly and affable. He greeted each customer that walked in and provided unparalleled customer service. I was actually in the Panera across the street at first but left because it was dimly lit, dirty, and I waited for several minutes at the counter for someone to take my order but the workers argued in front of me as to whose job it was. I ended up walking across the street to Jersey Mike’s and had the complete opposite experience. The two workers there (12/29 @ 7 pm) welcomed me in and were extremely friendly and accommodating and patiently explained my options since I wasn’t very familiar with the menu. It was like a breath of fresh air after the disappointment at Panera. Great experience and good sandwich!

Nick, the director was fabulous. I’ve never been to a “fast food” place where the communication and morale was so high. As we ate our sandwiches we watched the employees high five each other after they completed a very large order. It was clean. It was organized. And everyone working seemed happy to be at work and serving. Nick was very good at directing and communicating. He complimented the employees for their hard work AND stayed on top of the customer service. I would’ve gave 10 stars if I could’ve. It was so refreshing to see. Way to go jersey mikes team of evans!!

I’ve been here plenty times and today was my last time. They are so inconsistent with meat. I also feel like a received bread from 2 days ago. Wasn’t hard but had to rip it out just to take a bite. Asked for jalapeño and they put 3 small pieces. So this location just lost me as a customer
