First time eating at Jersey Mike’s. Probably one of the best Philly Cheese I had in a long time. Everything is cooked fresh that was the best part of it. Clean place, staff was great. First impression make everything, great job to this store and staff. A+++

I love subway a lot and was near this place while shopping so I decided to come here, the service was amazing and wasn’t too talkative and did their job quick and they weren’t mad about it, the place it’s self is not bad but mostly barebones and not very lively, but the most important thing was the food it’s self. To begin the meat was flavorless even though they put nearly 10 slices of meat on this, but I was fine by this because I’m not a big fan of too much meat taste. The amount of toppings they put on the sandwich was pretty good and also looked fresh enough, but their wasn’t a large selection of toppings, but it was pretty good altogether

Food was pretty good. Service was not. Took a really long time to get a hot sub, not because they were busy, but they could not identify the sandwiches. I asked the cashier if they should put my name or a number on my ticket, she told me they had it. They did not. If I go back and people behind the counter have airpods in their ears, I’ll just leave. Where is the manager.

We’ve been twice so far and both times they’ve found a way to mess up our order. The first time they gave me the wrong hot sub and this time I had to wait 20 minutes past my order pickup time for them to complete my order. If I want Jersey Mike’s I’ll just drive to Buford or go next door to Publix for better service.

I love when businesses admit mistakes and make it right! I made a curbside order and something went wrong where it took too long (they also very recently opened & are just starting out!). But, they made me the subs for free later AND gave my daughter a free cookie with our order. Thank you!

They are still training the staff after the grand opening but they are quick to fix any minor mistakes. It will be a well oiled or juiced machine before long.
