Was great , greeted when I came into the location, were a couple of people ahead of me. Everybody was served in a timely manner and address accordingly my first time trying Jersey Mike I asked for double meat paid the difference. Definitely will return again. Not to mention the score is a perfect score..

I just had the most disappointing Jersey Mike’s experience I have ever had. I ordered a regular cheesesteak on white Italian with double cheese. I received unusually smooth flavorless bread with unusually smooth double thickness of lightly softened cheese on top of half the amount of meat that you would normally see on a cheesesteak. The cheese was not melted into the steak at all. It just sat on top like a hat. I don’t know if the franchise owner is trying to save money by skimping on meat, or if this was the result of an employee that just didn’t care, but I have never been disappointed in a Jersey Mike’s sub before. If you need to raise the price then raise the price, but you never sell a skimpy bad tasting sandwich with bad topping to bread to cheese ratios from a restaurant with a good reputation like Jersey Mike’s. I wish I had taken a picture of the sandwich. If I ever get one from here again I will be sure to take pictures and then measure the ingredients on a scale to properly show what is going on here. This is the kind of behavior I would expect from a modern day Blimpy, but never a Jersey Mike’s! Jersey Mike’s has a reputation as one of the best sandwich chains in the American market. The sandwich I got today wasn’t even good! I could barely taste the skimpy meat. The cheese sitting on top of it dominated the whole sandwich. They never bothered putting the cheese and meat on the grill to give it a quick mix like every other Jersey Mike’s location seems to do. I’m very disappointed in this location.

Sub was great, the man on the bigger side with dreadlocks was very rude. I asked questions about what he would suggest or liked best and he disregarded me and answered with mumbles and no real answer. Clean place though but not a friendly worker. His name may be Chaz or Chez.

I received a gift card from a friend, and had complications redeeming it at the restaurant and two lovely associates named Miranda and Kunga were able to help me out with my transaction no additional charge, excellent staff, clean location, and very patient but fast service, very grateful for my experience here! During my initial visit to this place, I observed only two employees behind the counter. Despite my straightforward order, a regular big kahuna on white with no modifications, the process became a bit chaotic! Two customers ahead of me seemed to confuse the young lady at the counter, and as another customer walked in, he hesitated to join the line due to the growing confusion. One customer mentioned waiting for 20 minutes, prompting the frustrated individual to leave.

Amidst the confusion, the young lady asked me about lettuce and tomatoes. Sensing a mix-up, I declined. It turned out she had confused my order with that of the gentleman who had been waiting for over 20 minutes, and his displeasure was evident.

Though she greeted each customer and assured prompt service, the long wait made the experience less enjoyable. Whether it was a staffing issue, new employees, or a consistently long wait time at this location, my first impression wasn’t favorable.

On a positive note, after a 24 minute wait, my sub was delicious, perhaps hunger played a role in that!

Great experience today! I got a #7 and it was so delicious, they was in process of training and the lady with the butterfly tattoo did an amazing job training, my sub was so delicious!! I will be back .

I asked for a club supreme which is my favorite, I asked for everything and extra hot peppers , I was giving 4 jalapeños and NO red peppers ! Very disappointing. Apart of customer service is listening and making sure to understand .

Nothing better than a Jersey Mike’s sub. The Philly is ah-mazing. The classic Italian is ah-mazing. I struggle because I always want a giant size sub, but it is a bit costly to go with that option. That is thee only knock on the food here.

Three times I have gone to this store and they have messed up my order. Its such a simple thing, I say wheat bread and they mess it up almost every time. Why ask if you aren’t going to give me the correct thing?
