Shout out to Frank at this location. Ordered 2 sandwiches on line, got there to pickup my order, someone walked out with one of my sandwiches, no questions Frank realized what happened and hooked me up with 2 newly made sandwiches. Great customer service Frank.

This location has really gone downhill. Lately every time I’ve gone inside this location, workers always look like they never want to make you a sandwich, like they’re doing YOU a favor. A couple of times I’ve walked in and workers were sitting at tables or making TikTok’s. But today was the last straw. Two young gentlemen were working there today, and the energy was just off. If I’m asking nicely to have a sandwich made the way I want it (because I’m paying for it) then it should be done with a pleasant disposition. No slamming of ingredients. But what really threw me off was I dispensed sweet tea into my drink, and it WAS FAR FROM SWEET! In fact it was SALTY because they put SALT in the tea! It was absolutely disgusting. And when I let the workers know, there was no apology or offer to waive a part of the meal. I’m not supporting this location ever again. I’d rather drive further out to a different one.

As soon as we walked in all the workers were just sitting in the lobby on their phones playing around with what looked like some friends of theirs. They Acted like it was an inconvenience that we were in there ordering. Bathrooms are disgusting. I asked for 2 ranch’s with my salad and this is what they gave me. Not sure what I’m supposed to do with 2 not even filled up halfway ranch cups. Probably the worst Jersey mikes I’ve been to. Will not be returning.

Personally, love the manager and the team working! They are all wonderful, kind, and great people to see when we get our food. The food is fresh and is always clean when I go in! I usually go in once a week, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic along with a delicious sub!!

worst experience ever they had terrible attitudes and were making faces as soon as we came in. They tried to make our experience very difficult and act like they didn’t have things that we wanted. The light skin girl that wears glasses was very rude and making faces the whole time. It’s not my fault you’re miserable at your job. they refused to give us multiple ingredients and lied and said that they didn’t have it. We asked for mustard. He said they didn’t have it and then we saw some packets on the side which he could’ve said we have packets. we asked for a light amount of CPR and he continues to throw on a extra amount. it was so terrible and they tried to act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and just make us uncomfortable. soon as we walked in, the girl was looking at us like we were crazy and like, what are we even doing there? As if it was closed. Just terrible I never even do reviews, but they really just made me mad

Literally the worst location ever. They have 4-5 people working that not only have 0 customer service, they take FOREVER to do anything. I stopped eating at jersey mikes just because of how bad this location is.

Server would not fix sandwich the way I wanted. I was willing to pay more for what I asked for, but the server still refused. I’m not paying to get a sandwich the way he saw fit. Not good customer service!

Phenomenal food, obviously made to order. Ingredients were fresh, the staff was interactive with everyone and friendly. Just phenomenal. I ordered at 12:45 on October 24, 2025. The staff on hand definitely deserves to hear it. Tell them the marine with the wife and kid said they amazing.
